I went in a week ago was told I had to have computer delivered. I payed for a complete month which came up to 78.85 was told I would have equipment Monday and wouldn’t be charged again until January. I went in this past Monday asked for a refund and to end contract because I never received equipment. Was told they didn’t have money in store to refund me. And computer was not delivered because there was something going on with the system. Also was told they couldn’t terminate my contract until they got the cash to refund me. Today I was charged a bi-weekly payment. This store is fraud the general manager main focus is closing sales doesn’t care about the LEGAL ACTIONS that could be taken due to his actions. Do not recommend this store at all.

Christy the sales manager is amazing!! I originally was denied for the sectional I wanted. Then she called and managed to get me approved!!! When I tell you this woman NEEDS AND DESERVES A RAISE I am not even joking!! Thank you so much Christy for helping me and listening to my story and helping me and my babies!! You definitely went above and beyond

Norm and Dave were the best workers I’ve ever had. Not only were they efficient, but they were courteous as well. I would definitely recommend Aaron’s just because of their drivers who put our furniture together. 5 stars in my book. Thank you Norm and Dave!!!

I’ve had an incredible experience with Aaron’s since I began shopping with the company. I ordered a sofa online and it was recently delivered to my home. The two delivery men, Bud and Sly, did an outstanding job handling my brand new sofa with care. Carrying this large sofa posed a challenge considering they had to maneuver steps and a smaller entry way. However, they strategized together and were able to carefully maneuver all obstacles for a safe delivery. Furthermore, they informed me how to best care for the product and ensured if I needed any further assistance, they’re a phone call away. Thanks guys from Aaron’s for the hard work and professionalism.

I Had A Lovely Experience Today With Ms.Teresa. She Was Fun To Speak With And She Made My Shopping Experience A "One Of A Kind". It's Not Often Employees Are So Engaging In The Sales Process, But I Felt At Home And That I Could Trust Her 100%. She Made Sure I Was Comfortable With Information Before Proceeding And Took The Time To Explain Everything I Needed. I Will Definitely Be Recommending This Location To My Friends And Family.
