As I was driving on Route 60 tonight at approximately 6:10 p.m. one of their trucks almost an me off of the road. I guess the trucker was in a hurry to get back to his/her terminal near the end of the Thornburg Bridge to call an end to their day. I’d think twice about using them since apparently the trucker was in drivers don’t have any regard for other drivers.

$300 upcharge to deliver to a DC literally across the street. DNU for our entire company. With detention and lumpers the total upcharges were over $1000.

Half the price of POD's. Prompt, efficient service. Adjusted to owners changing closing date. Put Pods exactly where I asked- even though I was 650 miles away. Just excellent service!

This service made our move very easy. Really liked having the time at my convenience to load and unload the unit. The company communicates well at all levels ( including the men who delivered the unit at both ends). The online services and communications were excellent. Without a doubt, I would use the service again.

Wow I am so happy I found out about U-Pack on Yelp! We moved from Pittsburgh to Jacksonville and needed a way to transport all our stuff. We knew we weren't bringing real furniture, but still had a lot of boxes of all our belongings. After getting quotes from PODS, U-haul, and U-Pack, this was the absolute cheapest. It really did seem too good to be true. You book a reservation on their website for the day you want the box to be dropped off at your residence. You do have to click around a bit on different dates to see when the estimated delivery date for the new residence will be. If you need it dropped on the street, you may need to get a permit from the city like we did. I think it cost $75 from the city of Pittsburgh and that way you can print out no parking signs to reserve the space you want to pod to be dropped off. A delivery driver brought it right at 8 am on our delivery day. They ship these "relo-cubes" through ABF freight. I love that you can track the cube to see where it's at. Our driver was super friendly and called me when he was 15 minutes away. We loaded it up with our stuff and locked it. Make sure to purchase two locks to keep your belongings secure. I then requested the full cube to be picked up two days later and it was! We didn't even see the forklift come get it, it just disappeared from the street. We then tracked it on the website until it arrived in Jacksonville. The delivery driver in Jax was also SO friendly. Everyone was so nice! Even when I called on the phone. There were no hidden fees and I think the total cost to move the relo-cube from Pittsburgh to Jacksonville was only $1,400. It was a great deal. I will absolutely use this company again!

Such a great company, all around. I was moving across the county, so I utilized their pods. Best price I could find. They had zero hidden frees. The number I was quoted was the price I paid. I travel for work and my job is constantly changing my schedule. Due to this, I had to change dates on multiple occasions. U-Pack made this process as easy as you could possibly imagine. They were on time, drivers were incredibly friendly and professional. Moving is stressful enough, U-Pack absolutely made a crappy chore tolerable.

ABF Freight scheduled to deliver soccer goals to the school grounds. They gave me an hour warning via automated phone message. I was at the fields for over an hour and half waiting. Eventually I called dispatch who said the driver had already delivered the goals. I assured them that wasnt the case as I had been there the entire time. They put me on hold and then later told me that the driver didn't deliver but that the roads were unsafe. Weather was clear and 80F. Delivery was to a very large open parking lot. No accidents or construction on the roadways. I explained it simply isnt true. They said the delivery is rescheduled and they can not have the driver go back out and deliver.Obviously frustrating and the response just didnt make any sense on my end.Also if the driver had decided that was true when were they going to call me and let me know that?Hoping it gets delivered on the new date as promised...

I wrote a review a few months ago while the move was fresh but don't know where when I happened upon this one asking for a review. Couldn't ask for a better experience, other than having someone else load for us. First off, the price. The price was one hundred less for a few feet smaller U-Haul truck that we would have had to drive, plus pay for gas. This was a bargain. We used the whole trailer and it was at Christmas so we were allowed to keep the trailer a few extra days to load. We are seniors and were able to load ourselves other than one day we had two of our sons help with the heavy stuff. The trailer was picked up when called, delivered within the time frame given and we were able to unload the trailer in 3 days. The charged put on our credit card was a few hundred less than quoted so I believe that they charged us by their guidelines when they could have charged us more. A table was scratched but our fault that something fell down on it that wasn't anchored better. We only moved half our household from Oregon to Texas and have another move to make in the next few months. If we don't hire movers, U-Pack will definitely be the only other way we would go.

I have NO complaints. They made my move that was across the entire country so seamless and easy. They were on time and I had zero issues. I was actually extremely impressed. The drivers that dropped the u-pack off were even very nice.
