They been having me and my dad waiting 40 mins soon to be an hour this isn’t right I get there’s traffic and they are coming from downtown to north Versailles but we called and the said traffic and they will be here shortly this is so sad and then there talking about they can’t track the drive like what that’s a lie they should be leaving 30 mins to an hour before pick up this is terribly late

This company is great for those who truly need it for your personal medical transportation needs it gets you from point A to point B safely. At times drivers can show up late to pick you up which is an inconvenience so I always schedule at least an hour in advance of my appointment so even if they are late I will still arrive early. Most people I have rode with are very pleasant and friendly which always helps make the trip more enjoyable and comfortable. At times different drivers have great music to enjoy while riding with them as well and always assist you as a consumer with getting in and out of the vehicle safely and always check to be sure if you need help with securing your safety belt which can at times be hard to do on your own for some people. I appreciate this company as well as its employees who provide an exceptional experience for us individuals who depend on this service. I recommend this company for anyone who qualifies and needs medical transportation.

My ride was to pick me up at 10:30 from Sewickley to Coraopolis, they came 30 minutes late then I told them I have to be home by 11:45 for another ride it's after 11 and I'm somewhere in Crescent township, after being told by NAMS that I would get dropped off first, since they were late

It depends upon what Area of the County and what transportation company serves your area. NAMs is horrible, if you aren't the first caller in the morning you have to be put on a waiting list, then you may get a ride. I used to live in the area served by S & S Transit, they were always available, they could be counted on S & S for a ride.

Access was wonderful during time while my husband was ill . Everyone was so polite and helpful. Drivers were very courteous and friendly. Tony and Paul were wonderful.

It takes way too long to get approved for ACCESS. However, they are the most reliable paratransit I have had. They were excellent when my plane was cancelled and rescheduled on arrival returning from my mother's funeral. They give me reliable transportation to return to work. That being said, I had to reschedule meetings for 3.5 months to transition services with the community outside the VA. It was a nightmare.They would not accept visiting paratransit and my car was inoperative.

Absolutely Horrible!!!! Always late,poor communication. I've been left waiting for them over 3 hours before. I really wish there was another way to get my daughter to her appointments.

Sadly, first experience with the company was not good. Arrived 70 min late, and husband totally missed his medical appointment

This company needs to have a standard on who they hire. I had a lady in a van cut me off last minute and came close to hitting my vehicle because she was too busy on the phone!! I definitely wouldn’t want her driving my family members around!
