This company needs to have a standard on who they hire. I had a lady in a van cut me off last minute and came close to hitting my vehicle because she was too busy on the phone!! I definitely wouldn’t want her driving my family members around!

I turn in paper work back in march they said never got it and i turn it in again a few days ago. Got an apt for nepheew should have been sooner now because them he wont be able do cmu program. Then he doesnt get it anyways say he dont qualify even though he has club foot and autism.

You put money into an account that you make. You must call in one day before you need to use the service to go somewhere. They usually can't pick me up. They always tell me that they are short on enough drivers. So I can't get to church on Sunday's or doctor appointment's during the week days. I have been missing so many doctor appointments. When you call to complain you get no remedy. If I had another way to get around I wouldn't use them. When you do get a ride often you arrive very early and have long wait times for your appointments. Nothing seems to be being done to make things better.

I rode with access northern district about 50 times. Most drivers are nice. Today I waited for 45 minutes.I got a bad driver today. He lied said he was at my condo and was not there also said he called and did not call this is the only way to get out. I am a an amputee.This is the only way I have to get out. The organization is in a good one. But today I have to stay in another day. I caught a driver that didn't do his job and lied on top of it! A nice lady scheduled me for tomorrow. I tried my whole life to not lie to and I don't appreciate being lied to.

My Mother rode Access for years, she was in a wheelchair. When they would come to get her, sometimes they would not call first, so by the time she gets to the front door of her building they would leave. If she was there 15 minutes early, they would be late or would not show. Neither is good for a dietetic. Access once didn't pick her up for over 2 hours past the pick up time, she hadn't had anything to eat & was dehydrated once she got home. It's unfortunate some people can only afford this transportation?

Ok I to understand that it's not perfect but I can't understand why when I call on Friday to schedule a ride for Monday to get me home I get 450 I want 415 but I call on Friday Around 9:00am I am done with work at 4pm 415pm unusual work really good on Mondays with 415 trip I am unusual home before 5;00 thats perfect I like that but I am not happy about 4:50 when I call on Friday morning but I hope they still try to get me home by 5:00 because I really don't want get home at 6or after that because that's 2 hours after I am done with work good night

At one time Access was a dependable and trustworthy form of transportation. At present it has become the absolute worst form of rideshare in the Pittsburgh area. Waiting time for your return trip which used to be 15 minutes can now be 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours. And getting home can now take the same amount of time when your destination is 1/2 hour away. Due to poor planning of trips you can be near your destination but take you all over the Pittsburgh area picking up or dropping off other people. And the large vans they have in service should have been scrapped ten years ago. They are so delapitated and uncomfortable to ride in and God help you if you hit a pothole or go down a bumpy road. You bounce up and down and all over the place. They always have trouble keeping drivers due to their mistreatment and unfair expectations they put on them. I've heard this from most drivers. And since they can't keep drivers they are sometimes hiring people you do not want to be in the same van with. One had an open beer can, another plays music so loud you have a headache by the time you get home. I could go on with other instances but you get the idea. All in all the Pittsburgh office is in need of an inspection to clean up this mess. Unfortunately Access is the only rideshare program available to this area. Believe me I've called the others and they don't service this area. Seniors and handicaped people deserve better than this .

Worst service possible. I cannot even get service the day before!With all the Giant Eagles around time they could not even give me including 24 hour one.And its not the first time or even the worst time.The worst time was when they lied and said my trip was cancelledbut never told anyone including me!
