Had to get a piece for a job I was on in West View. Realized while I was at a big box store that they didn't have the main piece that I needed. Called in and was helped out by Rylan and Kyin, couldn't be happier with the service (wish there were more stars to be honest). Polite, informative, and very professional. I'll be coming back here because of the positive experience they offered!

A decent place to stop and get a few hardware and home and garden things. Their selection isn’t exhaustive by any means, nor is it particularly cheap but it’s conveniently located and the staff are generally helpful and friendly.

I really would love to give this place more stars because I very much want to support my local hardware store. The staff are very nice, but I had the most frustrating experience trying to buy deck stain and hoping to have somebody with some experience direct me instead I had a bunch of 16 year olds who had no clue how to help me. I ended up leaving, very disappointing.

I went for a single bag of cement mix. Not only was the price great, but this kid literally put it on a dolly and then loaded it into my truck. 300% the best service I’ve gotten in the Pittsburgh area.
Whoever is running this place is doing a phenomenal job; and make sure to give all your employees a raise.

I went into the store today because my license plate was stuck on my car in the screws were stripped. I went in to get an extension cord so as I could drill out the stripped screws. When I asked the gentleman to help me get the right size screws for my car he came out and ended up taking the time to help me get the screws out without me even asking. That's going above and beyond the call your job. Especially because it was freezing like 25° outside and wasn't pleasant at all .. I thanked him and he told me he likes to help people. I didn't get his name I know his dad is a mechanic as it came up during conversation. But I just wanted to say you have one hell of an employee working for you and he's definitely one too make sure you keep.

I find it extremely disappointing that upon calling your store a week ago regarding a Craftsmans tool replacement. Over the phone I could hear in the background an owners voice speaking to a employee stating only if the customer has a store receipt from this location! allegedly we’ll replace a Craftsmans tool. Under the policy of Craftsmans tools. No receipt is necessary only the defective tool To be presented for a replacement for the exact same. Google states that Miller Ace Hardware replaces and is a retailer for craftsman tools. How is it that Miller Ace Hardware can choose to request a receipt from that store only in violation of Craftsmans tools policy of free lifetime replacement?
