I spoke with Krista from Allegiant- she was wonderful! After explaining an old policy from CUNA Mutual Group, Krista placed me on hold and gave me good information. I explained to Krista that I called the 1-800 number on the letterhead from CUNA. There was a huge language barrier with the representative Don X, after repeating numerous times, basic information, he told me to call the credit union. Thank you, Krista!Sandy Z

You can only withdraw 400 per day from ATM. You can’t use debit card for more than 1k per day. This institution won’t let you use your money. If taking out more than 2,500 from teller they will give you a hard time and ask what it’s for. Last time I checked this is America and I can use my money how and for whatever I want. DONT OPEN AN ACCOUNT HERE.

I've been with Allegent since they only had one branch. Seeing them grow over the years has been awesome! They have had growing pains as to be expected but the staff works hard and always helps me when changes come up. I love my credit union and will always support them!

I do NOT and would not do business with this FCU but my elderly mother does. I had to deal with the 24/7 customer service department for an urgent banking matter in my mother's behalf. The unprofessionalism is unreal. The lack of basic knowledge of the Allegent organization's policy and procedures is seriously lacking. Most of what the representative relayed to me was inaccurate and false information. When I attempted to correct the rep regarding the misinformation... The rep became defensive and argumentative. I am truly disgusted with this financial establishment.

Ridiculous. Impossible to get a straight answer from anybody. Every day you’re told somebody will call you back and they never do nobody knows what anyone is doing. What should be a simple form to fill out takes weeks when other companies that I have accounts with you can simply click a button and get an instant answer.

Not a good place period. Could care less about its members.EDIT: Zero stars ran my credit for a loan and never even pushed it forward for approval. Called and told someone would call me back never called poor establishment.

After many years of banking with Allegent, I am DONE! At least 2 to 4 times every year for the past 10 to 12 years Allegent screws up my ability to access my accounts and do my online banking -- commonly because the password that I'm using at the time bounces back to me as incorrect! Such bounces have not been due to any fault of mine, I can assure! CANDIDLY, I HAVE USED AT LEAST 75-100 PASSWORDS ON THIS ONE PLATFORM ALONE! Such is UNACCEPTABLE! I am then caused to spend "hours" on the phone -- giving multiple CSRs my personal information so that they can verify who I say I am. I am put on-hold at least 2 or 3 times during each phone call. TODAY's experience (logging in 4 calls and almost 2 hours time spent) was made even worse when CSRs were unable to validate "something" about my account! My patience has simply run out. I'm DONE!
