Phillip Ritt. Great salesman. Promises you the world. Once he gets your money, he’s like Houdini. All smoke and mirrors. He told me that, once the transaction occurred, everything was out of his hands. I’ve been calling for a week, trying to get a date to have my furniture delivered. Can’t get an answer out of him. Promises to call me back, yet never does. I have to chase him down. It’s been a nightmare experience, with both this company and Phillip Ritt in particular. I would look elsewhere for a more reputable mover.

I can't say enough great things about this company. I've moved many times but this is the first time I've used pros... and they are pros. Starting from the pre-move discussion with Phil Ritter, the relocation manager/specialist; he was very informative and thorough with the process and made sure all our needs are met. On the day of the move, the driver, Jarron Ohara, and the mover, JC (didn't catch his full name), took great care with packing and moving my furniture. I thought I did some sufficient preparation myself but they took it to so many levels above my expectation. Jarron and I did a walk through and knew exactly what to execute. JC was such a hard worker who took particularly meticulous ways of packaging each piece. I have high expectations but they all exceeded my expectations. Regarding the cost, they were super competitive. On the day of delivery, the process went just as smoothly. Jarron was ahead of anticipated schedule and was very professional in managing the process. I highly highly recommend them! 5 Stars
