Great experience. Purchased a living room set. In and out answered all my questions without pushing any products. No pushy salesman and was very nice. Will go there for all my future needs. Also, moving service Maino LLC moving was also awesome. Very personable and nice. Did a great job with our furniture. Will be using them in future as well. Overall great experience, very pleased.

I did not end up purchasing something here but boy were they so friendly. I was unfamiliar with the area and had only been out that way a couple of times. But I was going down the list of furniture stores in the greater Pittsburgh area. Anyway I know I looked lost and dumb but I was treated so kindly. I believe it was Del that was helping me. He was so freaking knowledgeable about everything in that store. Showed me multiple options, actually things that competing furniture stores had said don’t exist or aren’t made anymore (ie flippable mattresses) so I was really glad to see that those options do exist. But a lot of times other companies will tell you something doesn’t exist if they don’t have it. Del is someone who was really meant to connect with and help people. And he had such a relaxed demeanor and was never pushy or in my face. Just available if I needed him and able to answer every question I had. I meant to leave a review a while back but forgot until I was leaving another one just now. Oh and the deals were insane. Much much less than other furniture stores in the Pittsburgh and greater Pittsburgh area, from Washington pa to the South hills and the north hills. You will not find better prices. And throw in someone like Del being on the scene to assist and guide, well it’s just definitely somewhere you ought to include in your search for your that piece of furniture you need to make your home feel like home. Thanks again Del!

The store is closing. They have very few things left to purchase. Prices are 50-70% off. The staff was very helpful.

Horrible Experience, the worst experience ever with purchasing an appliance from this place. I originally placed two orders one for a refrigerator and one for a washing machine. One location was out of stock, so had to go through a difficult time getting that part of the order voided. The washing machine I ordered was delivered with spanish writing on it, asked the salesmen to exchange it due to language barrier. I was told to use Google Translate by some unprofessional young man on the phone and was told he doesn't know when they could pick up the washing machine also he stated it could be weeks even months. The very next day without notice, my son stated they arrived and picked up the washing machine I asked to exchange and also took my washing machine that I already own that partially works.
Spoke with management at the store, he blames it all on the Delivery company name One Rail Delivery. They lied and stated in an email to him that they received authorization to take my property and that I have to either pick up my own property that they took from my home or have to pay them $110 to bring back the property they had no business taking from my home. Take heed from my experience and don't waste your money or time with this Company. The worst shoppiing experience in my life and would never buy from a place like this ever!!!
