Despite being a regular customer, spending between $300 plus annually, today was the most disrespected I've been in decadesI call in at 5 till to let them know I'm running about 10 minutes late. I'm told by the girl that everything is fine.I arrive at 11 after, only 6 minutes, and I'm told my appointment is canceled. She canceled it at 10 after. Please bear in mind it's ONLY 11 after.Despite the person who was scheduled behind me taking my spot, I'm unable to patiently wait and take their spot. Over ONE MINUTE. WT?The girls seem like they REALLY didn't want to be there today, or just don't really want to work, like so many other people.Between the tone, their body stance and their wording, I felt like I was a 7-year-old who just broke mom's prized antique vase.I was told I can reschedule. By this point I respond that I can reschedule somewhere else also. Then beyond all understanding, this ignorant child tells me that I "probably should.".NEVER AGAIN !!!

One star because zero isn’t an option.Do not trust your eyes to this location. Received quickest exam I've ever had. Incorrect Rx and even worse after I went back for a follow up. Had to go to another location and see a different Dr. to get corrected Rx. To make matters worse my insurance was billed incorrectly forcing me to use my benefits for contacts rather than glasses as I always do. My insurance company called as did the location I ended up at and they were unwilling to help in any way, it honestly felt spiteful.

If you’re in need of glasses not only do they have a good deal their staff is professional knowledgeable and very sweet. Shout out to Rachel and Sarah who were ver helpful to us. Give them a call!

As a dentist, I cannot recommend this center. The staff is unhelpful, unprofessional, impolite, and lacks understanding of basic humanity. They should undergo training before starting to work.

I stopped in on a whim to ask if ABC &E could adjust my new eyeglasses I ordered online. Sarah went over the top to help me and even removed hardened Epoxy from my old pair of eyeglasses. She was a gem and the other two ladies were so kind and friendly as well. I'm so pleased.

I was hesitant to shop this location after reading some reviews but they are close to home and I'm lazy. I called to verify they accept my vision benefit. Sandy answered the phone and was very pleasant, answering all my questions. I got there and Sarah helped me with my new glasses. Everything was friendly and efficient from start to finish. Glad I ignored some of the reviews and went anyway!

I have been going here for years. The eyecare club is a great deal for someone who wears contacts since you need to get a prescription annually. Everyone is friendly and I haven't had any problems. They also will also exchange any unopened contact lens boxes if your prescription changes and you have some leftover.

If I was going just off my visit alone this would be a better review. The people were friendly and it was quick. I was happy.But I’ve had my glasses less than a month and one of the arms snapped off and the warranty apparently doesn’t cover that. So less than a month of having the glasses that I loved and there is nothing they can do to help me.So I’d say the individual location would get 4 stars but the company a 1 so it’s 2.Update: Stephanie from the original location called me and said that due to my glasses breaking within 30 days of getting them they would replace the frames when I got back into town. This is really great customer service and I'm changing my overall review to reflect that. I'm grateful to the Pittsburgh store for making this right.

GREAT EXPERIENCE with my local store @ 6292 Northway Mall Dr, Pittsburgh, PA 15237. Friendly representatives, who were ready for me at my scheduled appointment time. The exam was quick/easy and glasses were in within a week! Super satisfied! Thank you!!!
