My iphone would no longer connect to my wireless printer. When I walked into your Walnut Street store, there were 5 or 6 employees without customers. A young man told me I could make an appointment to get the problem fixed. With many employees available, why do I need an appointment? The greeter then talked to a nearby employee and asked for help. Without even looking at my phone, he said he did not know what was wrong. I have never heard that response at an Apple store nor had someone fail to even look at my phone. This is way below what I expect from Apple.

My phone was stuck in recovery mode I was getting ready to get a new phone but I went to the store and was treated very nicely I don’t remember the technicians name but she was able to reset my phone and it was done very professional so thank you very much I appreciate you .I have my phone working again 😊

The worst experience I had was in the Apple Store. For a moment, I felt that it was a fast-food buying a hamburger at 11:30 pm. But no, I was at the Apple Store paying $1299 for a phone. So, if you like to feel bad about yourself, go there, but if not, buy online and pick up at a different store here in Pittsburgh.

This store is terrible. Had a 6:20 PM appointment for technical support service, and ultimately had to leave after waiting for almost AN HOUR. If you make an appointment for service, make sure you have nothing else going on, because it will be a long wait.

On 10/18/25 I purchased an iPhone at the Apple Store with cash. An employee Tyrone made inappropriate remarks in front of other customers, including “this cash looks funny” and “it’s not normal to pay with cash,” which made me feel humiliated and treated like a criminal despite using legitimate U.S. currency.
I had already made a purchase the day before, and this was my third transaction in total (one card, two cash). All purchases were legitimate. I was willing to use card if required, but I should not have been publicly treated with suspicion for using legal tender.
I request a formal review of this incident, appropriate follow-up with the employee, and a written response from store or corporate management. I can provide receipts and details if needed.

My friend was attempting to purchase an iPhone yesterday with cash, but instead of being assisted respectfully, a worker named Tyrone claimed that her money was “suspicious” without providing any clear reasoning or explanation.
We understand that your team must verify payment authenticity for security reasons, but the way this situation was handled was unprofessional and disrespectful.
You guys made my friend felt humiliated and discriminated against, and what made it even worse was that she is not fluent in English to even express herself.
She was simply trying to make a legitimate purchase and was treated unfairly because of a language barrier and baseless assumptions.

Gino and Ricardo were most helpful to restore the touchbar on my Macbook, including fixing a storage issue on my Iphone! Highest marks for them both. I'll definitely be coming back next time! :)
