“My first time at Joann and let me say the employees there are SO NICE and fantastic ♥️ I went searching for more yarn I had so much in my cart and the employees on the floor/stocking were very helpful and then at checkout they were having trouble with debit card payments but that didn’t stop them from helping each customer and putting a smile on my face. they held all my yarn for me so I could go get cash and then helped me make an account so I could get coupons. Will be returning!”
“had an incredible experience at crystal bead bazaar! i never leave reviews this is my first. but i just had to because everyone there was so kind and warm and wonderful. i am new to beading and everyone there was so helpful and made me so excited to start beading. would 100% recommend i got beautiful beads and had a wonderful experience at this store!! can’t wait to restock <3”
“Creative Reuse is my favorite place on Earth. It is SO easy to find tons of strange, interesting and rare items here that one otherwise wouldn't be able to find elsewhere! I go almost every month to stock up on random cassette tapes to see what's on them (some great indie music finds here if you dig around), newspaper clippings and as many vintage Pittsburgh magnets possible. If you like crafts and unconventional decorations, this place is definitely for you!
Also, everyone that works here is super nice and the prices are usually super reasonable. Every bad review saying otherwise has either never stepped foot in Creative Reuse or are people who don't believe retail employees deserve respect. This is a store that should never go away!”
“I saw an item in a store in a different state. This store had one but it was damaged. The manager gave me a small discount and I was able to find the repair part at a big box warehouse store.
Why do these big stores keep damaged merchandise on there floor.
Parts cost as much as my discount.”
“The gals in this JF are sweet as can be. Several older ladies working there too (good for them!) and I’ve enjoyed chatting to them in particular. One time one of them even walked all the way up to the register with me to make sure I got the sale price on an item I wanted. She didn’t have to do that but she wanted to make sure that it rang correctly. I thought that was really nice They are just peaches. ?”
“I just want to shoutout Melissa who works here! I called yesterday asking about a product which they didnt have on the shelves. She told me she would work nights to check in the shipment boxes to see if it was there. I asked her to call me if it was. This angel called me at 9:30pm letting me know they have the product in stock and she would put it on hold for me! JOANN, you have a GREAT worker with her!! Thank you so much Melissa!!”

“This is a great place to find everything, I have been taking my kids here since they were very young, at their old location and now taking them and grandchildren to this location. Staff is great, parking is hit or miss but local small business are the way forward.!!”
