The guys in the store do great. I get very frustrated with calling in to AT&T and these guys can help with a lot of what phone support can do. I just wish they could do even more in-store.

Shem Tov at the Squirrel Hill AT&T was very knowledgeable and was able to secure a very good deal for me on an upgrade for my S23. Very quick and not pushy at all. Shem Tov followed my lead and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. My husband is going in today for his upgrade from the S25 Plus, to the S25 Ultra. Even though he got his new phone not long ago, the deal on the upgrade is so good he is able to trade his in and save a ton of money. Shem Tov was very helpful in securing a good deal for my husband too.

Benjamin at the Forbes Avenue AT&T store was the only associate
working at this store location. As a 77 year old retiree, I came in with a malware infected phone in need of a new device and the need to transfer my my data (minus the malware). I found Benjamin to be incredibly knowledgeable, pleasant, patient, and very helpful in every imaginable way. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We found a family rate for cell service and accessed further very competitive pricing with discounts identified by AT&T staff at Squirrel Hill office. Benjamin was a real pro and fun to work with!
