Devin was very helpful when me and my husband went to the Brentwood store to purchase new phones. He explained our options as far as phones and showed us the different functions of them. He told us do not hesitate to come back if we needed any further help. I would definitely recommend him. Very knoledgeable.

Marvin is so knowledgeable and is always so pleasant. He is able to work with multiple customers at once so no one is waiting, while providing excellent service.

I visited the AT&T store today to set up a new service. When I arrived, the front desk representative was assisting another customer, so I waited patiently. He even didn’t greet us. However, after about 20 minutes, several other customers walked in, and he greeted them right away while completely ignoring me. He never checked in or acknowledged that I was waiting. This experience made me feel discriminated against, and I do not plan to return to this store again.

I came here last week, and I’m here again this week to get a new line, but the employees inside just sent me to a different branch instead of helping me. They simply told me to call customer service—something I can obviously do myself. If you’re going to hire employees, at least make sure they are actually working and assisting customers. We shouldn’t have to come here just to be sent somewhere else every time. We also shouldn’t have to deal with employees who ignore us while sitting around drinking coffee and chatting.

The employees at this store were extremely patient and helpful. I would recommend this store to anyone looking to purchase a new plan or that wants to switch from their current plan.

I sent my grandson up to the store to have them look at his cell phone..The associate that was working was unable to pull up my account..I have twelve different devices on the account..I have been using ATT cellular since it's inception. The associate was provided with several different phone numbers that are related to my account..The associate stated he could not locate the account..That is rediculous..My grandson had to leave without receiving any service. There is a problem with the store associate..

My experience at The At&t store in Brentwood plaza was an exquisite experience delivered to me by Sales Associate Leigha i came in to switch carrier but Leigha informed me i have a free upgrade on my service I was unware of i ended up getting a massive upgrade from s21 to a S24 ultra Leigha was patient and courteous resembling that of a 1st grade teacher she went above and beyond without a doubt she is a asset to the company and i returned my old device to Abby who replicated my experience. i will refer my friends and colleagues to this branch of AT&t.
