Please do not go to this location. I had to contact the FCC TWICE. Two reps at this location (employee and manager) added additional charges that were unauthorized resulting in my phone bill doubling. After coming in a second time to explain the charges they put on my account, they said it was done automatically and there was nothing they can do but I can opt out I two weeks after the buyers remorse period. The following charges were added: Upgrade anytime on my account and my sons, insurance on my phone and my sons, and an upgrade to our phone plan, all without my consent or knowledge of it happening. I went to this location only to upgrade our phones. Once I contacted the FCC they explained that none of this should have happened and in fact everything that was added on my phone plans were optional, not automatically applied as the reps suggested. Please do all of your plan changes online and stay way from this location.

I came in to this store to switch my phone to AT&T after not being able to do so online. At first everything seemed okay until I checked my web account. I then realized that the rep signed me up for a $17/mo phone protection plan that I did not want and misspelled my name for the caller ID. It took a half an hour on the phone with AT&T to get everything sorted out.

Entered to this store at Centre avenue 6124 Pittsburgh and waited for five minutes. There were no customers at all and two employees were talking to each other about their daily routines on the left side and the other employee was talking over his personal mobile phone with his back to me, than looked at me and turned his back again . No attention to the me as a customer. Very bad service, employees should be taught manners and customer service. I wanted to buy two SIM cards and a cellphone, but won’t come here anymore and won’t recommend it.

Both Dakota and Tyler (T) were very helpful and efficient with getting new phones, data switched from old to new phones and ensuring everything was working! Would recommend anyone visit them for an excellent experience

Update to this review on 2/20/2024
I don’t know if it was his fault or not, but a month after this visit, I went through a LOT in trying getting stuff off of my bill that I never approved. Be sure to double check before you leave or spend 4-6 months fighting with AT&T to correct it.
Terrill was absolutely PHENOMENAL!!! He was kind, knowledgeable, and considerate. He made sure that everything was set before I left and was even able to add a discount to my bill that I was missing. Highly recommend this store!

My touchscreen stopped working and I was unable to unlock my screen, so I could not transfer information to my replacement. I first took my phone to the Penn Ave store and was told nothing could be done to access my information.I wanted a second opinion, so I took it to the East Liberty store. The customer service was outstanding, but more importantly, Dakota was able to access my phone, retrieve and transfer my memories and notes.Dakota is very knowledgeable, so if something happens to your phone take it to the East Liberty store!

PJ and Dakota were both helpful and kind when I brought them my new phone that wasn’t working. They were very very patient and helpful. PJ specifically helped me set up my whole iPhone despite many roadblocks, he got it done for me! I’m very appreciative of them and I hope they both work here for a very long time!
