My touchscreen stopped working and I was unable to unlock my screen, so I could not transfer information to my replacement. I first took my phone to the Penn Ave store and was told nothing could be done to access my information.I wanted a second opinion, so I took it to the East Liberty store. The customer service was outstanding, but more importantly, Dakota was able to access my phone, retrieve and transfer my memories and notes.Dakota is very knowledgeable, so if something happens to your phone take it to the East Liberty store!

PJ and Dakota were both helpful and kind when I brought them my new phone that wasn’t working. They were very very patient and helpful. PJ specifically helped me set up my whole iPhone despite many roadblocks, he got it done for me! I’m very appreciative of them and I hope they both work here for a very long time!

I recently was in the Center ave Pittsburgh AT&T for a phone upgrade. Tiana* and Terrell*** were nothing short of amazing and what made my experience at the store such an enjoyable time. Despite the process taking at least two hours Tiana* was extremely; knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and personable throughly the entire experience. Terrell* was just the same despite not being my direct sales person. Both of them went above and beyond their job responsibilities, and work as a true team during that time, in making sure my entire trade in process was complete despite the process going just past closing. can’t thank them both enough, they are both an extremely valuable asset to the AT&T brand.

I came into the store with a pre-paid phone whose service was interrupted spontaneously. Rather than helping me to fix the problem and restore the service, Tionna J asked me to pay for a new SIM card which *might* fix the problem and restore my service. When I balked at this (I was already paying for the service and paid for the SIM card when I became an AT&T customer), she became abusive and started shouting in an uncivilized way.Part of the problem stems from the fact that AT&T apparently has a policy that neither requires nor even completely allows their associates in physical stores to help customers with technical issues. This is not right - the store is selling the service, therefore the store should be the ones responsible for the maintenance of the service. If they are unable to resolve it due to lack of technical expertise, it is they who should call AT&T central offices from within the store, not the customer who is thereby put in a strange situation.AT&T needs to be investigated for failure to uphold their contracts with customers and Tionna J needs to be fired for her behavior. None of this will happen though, because we live in a dystopia.
