I went to the Waterworks ATT store last night. I called earlier in the day and asked if there were any opportunities for a replacement phone and he expressed that it is store/company policy that you must come into the store in person to receive that information. So I went to the Waterworks ATT store after work. The gentleman greeted me and upon hearing my issue (a dead phone) expressed he could not do anything for me, his store had no stock, and the best he could do is refer me to the Fifth Avenue store or Pittsburgh Mills store. Frankly, that is why I gave this place one star - the only positive thing this worker did was to refer me to the Pittsburgh Mills store where I received excellent service from Levi and my issue was fully addressed and rectified (coincidently, another 2 customers came into the Pittsburgh Mills store after me from the Waterworks store).

After stopping at the Pittsburgh Mills store to upgrade my phone and dealing with one of the least helpful people I have ever dealt with, (Travis I believe) had made it clear that he was not going to put any amount of effort into simply doing his job.I decided to take the ride to the Fox Chapel store in the Waterworks Plaza where I was greeted by Aiden who listened to what I wanted to do, looked into my account and explained what my options were. Even though it was time for Aiden to be done for the day he stayed and started the process of my upgrade. His coworker Will agreed that he would finish the upgrade so that Aiden wouldn’t have to stay. Kudos for the teamwork guys! Done, no issues, happy!It’s most often not the business as a whole that sucks, it’s the people working!

I love the AT&T store at the waterworks on Freeport road. I really never have a problem at this location. They seem to always have great people there with great customer service. I went there before smart phones they had flip phones lol and now I go there for all my phones and any accessories too. They are super helpful. Great AT&T store.

One of the best AT&T stores I have went to. Andrew was amazing and helped me out so much with my new IPhone. He was able to switch everything from my old phone to my new one without any problems and was able to find me a great deal and also answered any questions I had. He did not rush through anything, he made sure everything was working good before I left. Very friendly and knowledgeable! Jesse (the manager of this store and I hope I got his name right) was also amazing when helping me buy a new charging cord. I suggest going to this store and the one in Irwin for anything you need for your devices!

Lexi was dealing with in store technical issues, a line of customers before even opening, and juggling one working computer, 4 customers, and only one other colleague. Even so, she looked up info for me, got a great upgrade on my phone, processed my trade-in phone, set up my new phone, and even installed the screen protector, all without losing her cool. Great overall experience.

We walked into this store to try to get help with a problem that has been occurring with my Apple Watch for a long time. The manager and one of the employees were very helpful and tried everything possible to fix it - though the problem still remains, but I can't fault them at all. The manager was also able to get one of the extra lines removed from our account, which was very helpful. They were both friendly as well, so definitely one of my best experiences in an AT&T retail store.

Highly would recommend this location the team was very knowledgeable and professional also had me in and out in a timely manner while still being able to transfer all my information to my new phone and sold me on great TV service, great place to go for all your needs.

Nick, the Assistant Manager was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me choose the best plan and phone to fit my needs. He offered ways to port my number from an another carrier. Also, was very helpful in explaining the Direct TV offers. Highly recommend this location because of my experience with Nick.
