Usually this store is great, but the last time i went i was misinformed about a return policy for old phones after a NextUp upgrade. Every source i found on Next Up return policies says to ship it back within 30 days, but this employee began to tell me, MANY times, that it was actually only 14 days and she didn’t want to hold back from telling me how i was late on that deadline quite a few times. I’ve checked my account and i have not gotten any penalties or bills on my account for it being “late,” which leads me to believe that it’s actually 30 days and that this employee gave me false information.

We thought the cost would be $14 more but it appears to be about $75 more a month. I’m going to go back to the store to discuss this. There must be something wrong!

Watch out for the store reps at this location—they’ll try to push promotions and might even sign you up for services you didn’t ask for. Be sure to double-check your account before leaving to avoid any surprises.

Drugged up emplyees? Called two days in a row to speak to a manager and was met with the same woman twice both days. She screamed over me on the phone to tell me that she could not help me and then I had to wait for a manager. The second time I called back, I couldn’t even finish my sentence and she started yelling over me sounded like she was on drugs or heavily. Medicated. Wouldn’t go buy anything from the store.

What is the point of staffing your stores when all they do is tell you to go home and do it from the app and not help you in the store?

I wanted to purchase a phone & to replace my watch!
To get a watch I was told that I had to unlock my credit report.
I was Never told that I would have had to purchase another line to get a watch.
I think that was a deceptive sales practice by Not disclosing that another line would have been necessary!
I was glad my credit is locked-

I wasn’t able to get ahold of customer service for prepaid but Shawn helped me get ahold of someone. Definitely went above and beyond for me and I very much appreciated it.

The manager Genin and Shawn were fantastic. Deal with the store never deal with customer service. After 5 hours on the phone with att business support I just came into the store and they made the situation better

I had an old "roll-over" account with a corporate FAN but the time had come to upgrade, combine, and port in a number & new line of service. I met with Matthew at the SHV store who wrote down my options and was eager to help. I was nervous about making multiple changes at one time but Matthew took ownership and reassured me they could do whatever it would take to accommodate me. I left the store with some homework and had the family make their choices. Matthew followed up with me a week later but I was out of town. I later returned to the SHV store to meet with Joyce & Mark who were able to bring it all together. Their teamwork and can-do attitude was only exceeded by their patience in listening and explaining the next steps. These employees raise the bar for customer service, which is not easy. It's a welcome change to see employees like these take ownership of the customers request and see it through to completion. Please buy them lunch and send me the bill. -Mike.
