If anyone is thinking of using At&t for business, DON'T DO IT. I've had a business line for almost 3 years (office at hand) and when I have called in due to technical issues, THEY CANNOT EVEN FIND MY ACCOUNT!! How is this even possible??? I literally spend HOURS on the phone, reading them information directly from their bill and they cannot find it. They must be trained to simply tell the customer that another department can help them. They transfer, transfer, transfer, until the customer gets so fed up that they finally give up. Therefore I had to finally switch carriers. Complete nightmare for the duration of service with them. Zero stars. I only gave them 1 because i had to to submit the review. I would give negative 5 stars.

I was at this store for more than an hour waiting, they acknowledged me once and told me someone would be with me shortly. After that they pretended that I was not there .After the lady agent finished serving another customer , she left and went to the back even tho I was waiting for a very long time. Absolutely my worst experience with AT&T . All 3 reps were absolutely terrible.

Do not use this store if you are looking for any sort of phone I was having at least a 45 minute drive to the store so I called there and they wouldn’t even tell me if they had a certain phone in stock. They said I had to come into the store poor customer service

Brendan was awesome. Called in the morning and explained my issue. He instructed me to ask for him directly, I came into the store a few hrs later. I had a phone hat powered up but the screen didn't display. Asked him if he could retrieve my contacts and transfer to the new phone and 20 minutes later I was outta there with a new phone and completely satisfied. Great professional and would recommend this store and salesman to anyone. Thank you sir!!!

Braylen and Brendan went above and beyond in helping me transfer my family plan to ATT. We were able to keep our numbers and they went out of their way to find me the best deal. There were 5 phones altogether and they made the process seamless. I now get better coverage AND paying way less than my previous phone provider. They are consummate professionals and I would recommend this store to anyone. Thank you guys, again!

ACE at the AT&T store in Robinson is the best! Always handles all of my issues!! He is the only one that I feel completely confident about helping me. I never go anywhere else!

Went to get a phone upgrade for the first time in years and worked with Braylon. He was super helpful and nice and worked with me to figure out the best option for me. He made sure I was aware of any deals they had in place, and informed me of a discount I’m eligible for through work that I didn’t even know about! We spent time chatting while my new phone updated and he was easy to talk to and made the whole experience quick and painless!

Went in looking to get a new IPad, and they told me about the get an iPad for $0.99 with an upgrade to iPhone 15. So I did! Then I came back the next day and did the same thing for my husband. Braylon and Ace were both excellent with their help and set me up with both of my new phones. Thank you!

The ATT Team Members in this store are great! My wife and I went in to merge our ATT accounts and upgrade our phones. Braylon helped us choose the iPhones that matched our needs and gave us a great deal on Apple Watches! Our phone plan is cheaper with upgraded phones and watches than it was before the upgrade. Ace was also present and added some helpful suggestions. This store has a great team! I highly recommend visiting this ATT Store in particular and appreciate Braylon’s patience helping me make the switch from Samsung to iPhone!

Ace went over and above the Call of Duty on this one he spent a lot of time to solve my problem which was very confusing because I had a blacklisted phone and he was marvellous I will say this if you need a trainer for future employees he's the one to pick worth his weight in gold and whatever you're paying him you should be very proud of this guy and no he's not a relative of mine I'm not just blowing hot air I'm just a well satisfied customer

We were looking for new phones and remembered how helpful Ace from the Robinson AT&T store was previously when we had an issue with two phones on our plan we had obtained elsewhere. We reached out and found he was still working in that store, so we immediately knew we'd be going there to give him our business. Ace has ALWAYS been extremely knowledgeable, pleasant, and helpful no matter what we bring his way and we will always bring him our business! Definitely recommend the Robinson Mall AT&T store and Ace and his crew!
