Terrible! I live over an hour away called into the store to add a line and was looking for a specific phone that I’ve been looking for with no luck. Was hoping to find out if they had this phone in stock before I packed my kids in the car and drove over an hour but the guy that answered the phone wouldn’t look. Why would I drive all that way just to be told they don’t have what I’m looking for? That doesn’t make sense especially with children. I have a busy life and was hoping the could be a little accommodating but nope. To make it worse he was rude about it too! He immediately cut me off. Every other store was nice and willing to look. It was just this one store that wouldn’t. There is multiple AT&T stores in the area so to all customers avoid this one! Go to the other ones!!!

Went to upgrade my phone, got off work at 6 and went to the store. Both employees at the store were closing down the store so they could take their lunch an hour before they closed. So I went down the street to the next closest store and got it there.

Tré helped my mom & I turn in my old phone and get a new one set up today. Couldn’t have been any easier, fastest transfer I’ve ever had done. Tré was also the nicest guy I’ve ever had help me at an AT&T store. I’ll be driving from West Virginia to this store because of his service from now on.

My husband and I walked in interested in trading in our iPhones for new ones. The gentleman at the desk barely looked up, and when I asked about phones, I could barely understand him, as he spoke in a muffled voice and didn’t look up from his iPad. There were no other people in the store, and I felt like we were “intruding” on their time. Very disappointed, as I’ve usually encountered great service at other AT&T stores. I would never go back to this one. Super frustrating.

Very disappointed with this store after the fact. I went into the store to get a prepaid phone i got pushed into the wrong market for a phone number Damon fought for me for nearly 2 hours on the phone once I left the phone still never worked went back the next day to return the non working device and basically had to eat 71 dollars 55.00 restocking fee even though the phone never worked and then 15.00 activation fee. Stay away from this store at all cost.

I need an upgrade to my 3g land line.This was shipped thru UPS but returned to sender as undeliverable.I have tried for several months and multilpe phone calls to customer service to resolve this problem. They were not at all helpful and EXTREMELY RUDE to me.My last hope was the retail store. Damon W took 1hr 30 min on the phone with various levels of service and eventually ended with loyalty. Donna in loyalty believes the upgrade will be reshipped by mid week.I sincerely hope this is true.Thank you Damon W
