The manager is ignorant, confrontational, and completely incompetent. I've tried for over 90 days to resolve the almost $3,000.00 that I was overcharged. I was made sit there for 20 minutes and once I asked if the manager was avoiding me he stormed out and caused a scene. Highly unprofessional and ridiculous that a minor task cannot be accomplished over 90 days.
Just to update, even after 2 months the manager has never followed up with this issue. After reporting this guy's actions I was not surprised to find out that I am amoung many to make the same complaint.

I watched the manager throw a hissy fit in the middle of the store while people were calmly waiting for over 20 minutes to take care of an issue. He should be embarrassed. All the while, his staff was trying to help other customers and seemed disgusted with how he was treating people.

I've been visiting this store over the past few months to resolve a billing issue for several months. The staff was generally helpful before. This last time I watched the manager leave his staff out to dry helping other customers until he stormed out to tell me how handling at&t issues is not his job. He wasted a half hour of our time on this occasion alone and this visit was a complete waste of time. Its amusing how he used escalating the tension in the room to get out of doing work.

Jojo was spectacular! This was hand-down, the absolute best experience that I have ever had with an At&t retailer. From the moment that I showed up, she was professional, patient, and didn't judge me with the many times that I changed my mind. If you are looking for a new phone and need to see someone that will take their time out to show you how valuable your time is to them, come here and see Jojo! Also, a big shout out to her manager 😀

Horrible, worst service ever, I’ve worked at AT&T for three years 4 years ago. And I’ve never encountered two individuals who just genuinely don’t want to do their jobs they’re supposed to be a corporate store and when I came to them with an issue customer care said only they could solve. The manager just said “oh this will take a really long time you need to call and ask for a manager” which was just a complete run around customer care is saying there is absolutely nothing they can do, yet the corporate store is refusing to assist. I would honestly like to speak to a higher up manager but when I asked that he said there isn’t any. I just don’t understand why you would close down the entire store location and leave two people with iPads who clearly don’t like to do their jobs.
