I’ve had a really hard time finding a mechanic I trust, and I’m so glad I found B & R Starters. They really care about their customers, are honest, and charge fair prices. More than once, I’ve taken my car in, and they’ve gone the extra mile—whether it was staying late to finish a repair or giving me a heads-up on upcoming maintenance. I highly recommend them!

Rude as hell, just called and asked whether he could quote me for a repair over the phone, and he told me he’s too old and too smart for that. Not sure what he meant by that, but now I guess I know who to avoid.

Went to B&R to replace the starter for my Honda Accord. Super quick turn around time, dropped my car in the morning and got it done same day. They charge very fairly too. Paid half the amount I would have paid at the dealership. Honest mechanics! will definitely go back!

We had this Company do work for us a few months ago. They were excellent at that time. We called them back because we were having the same issue and were told they would be there the same day. We received a call at 5:30 PM stating the Tech was on vacation for a week so they had to cancel our emergency call. They rescheduled for a week out and never showed. We called them today to find out why they never showed yesterday and they did not think we still needed them. They assured us they would be there today by 4 PM at the latest. We called several times for an ETA and they said they did not have an ETA, but they would be there. We called several more times and received the same answer. We were told they would forward this call to upper Management to figure out what was going on. Called again at 4:55 PM and were told they would contact upper Management and someone would call me back. Still no call back. We have all water turned off to a commercial building and cannot get any answers from this Business.
