RIP Badamo’s <\3 Badamo’s used to be my favorite pizza spot in the neighborhood. The round was perfectly cooked, NY style, thin and delicious. The recipe has changed. It is now comparable to any mediocre chain pizza like Vocelli’s. SAD

Easily one of the best pizza spots in Pittsburgh. Both the round and square pizzas are fire. They have these special hot peppers there that are very unique, highly recommend as a topping if you like spicy.Don't overlook the meatball hoagie and salad, which are also top notch. Usually have 3-4 options for slices as well, can get 2 cheese for like $6.50 which is an unheard of price for a meal these days.

I enjoy Badamos more than any other pizza in town or suburbs. Order a whole pie for myself and reheat singles all month bc not to get controversial but they’re fantastic. 5 stars every year since 2018

Your long hots, or whatever you call them, are excellent, especially with meat and red sauce.

I just found out about this place. It's a real Italian pizza place. It's delicious, from the crust to the sauce & cheese.

Badamo’s Pizza features high quality typical pizzeria fare with a relatively simple but enticing menu. This spot has an interesting variety of topping choices including house made hot peppers, and the salads go far above and beyond the average pizza shop salad!

The best pizza I ever had. Lucky I live one block away but I'd travel for this stuff. Whatever you guys do to get that carmelized crust on the Sicilian please dont ever stop.

Fantastic Sicilian pizza, very tasty! Make sure to add some pepperoni and grab a Turner’s tea!

While visiting my dad at the hospital, I stepped out for some lunch and found this great takeout pizza place! I got a couple of classic slices and an order of garlic knots. The pizza was delicious! They made the crust super thin, didn't over do it with the sauce, and used the kind of pepperoni that cups when you cook it. The garlic knots were fluffy and chewy with a nice crusty outside. I'll have to try the Sicilian style next time. They don't have a dining room or anywhere to sit, but there is a nice park with benches a short walk away.

Just a heads up this is more of a take out place than a dine in experience. Its very small inside. They used to only allow you to order from their window. They have a small stand up bar that you could eat a slice at but they're known for thier pepperoni rolls and garlic knots. I prefer the square pizza. Best pizza in northside.Parking: You just pull up right in front of you hurry you don't have to pay the meter.Wheelchair accessibility: Order from the window you don't even have to go in.

I grew up in a small Italian town. I left for the big city but man I miss the food. When I moved to Pgh I was shocked to discover the lack of good Italian food and pizza, so far my favorite pizza places have been ones that specialize in non-Italian pizza really. I don't spend a lot of time on the Northside and happened to be here this weekend and decided to stop by.The atmosphere when I walked in took my right home. Ovens burning hot. Small place, only a few people could fit at a time. I didn't want to get my hopes up in case I got disappointed but I got existed and was not disappointed. Even though I took the pizza back and let it sit out while I took care of some things, thus far it was EXACTLY what I was searching for. Perfect sauce/cheese ratio, great dough, great flavors, super filling (barely got through two square slices for dinner). I'll be moving from Pgh soon but happy in the meantime to have a place to take my parents when they visit when we're keeping it lowkey.
