I left my car the night before the appointment, placing my key in the envelope and wrote that I requested inspection, oil change, and no added windshield washer fluid. I never got the oil change, so I have to go back and spend time waiting for a not-so-express oil change. Also, the auto is usually returned after a car wash…not this time. And no text response from the desk guy when I asked about these items.The good news is that the service crew discovered that I needed new wheel bearings before major damage occurred.

I took my wife’s 2018 Crosstrek and my 2013 Legacy in for routine services. The service writers in both cases kept me informed about the progress and any issues. They advised me of any problems and gave me the costs so I could make an informed decision. We’ve been customers for many years and will continue.

Everyone is always friendly and willing to explain everything in detail if necessary. Also the waiting room is clean and comfortable. So far prices have been competive and work is done well. I also like the comfort that Subaru parts are being used.

This review is long overdue. About a year to be exact. My daughter had just relocated to Pittsburgh with her job. And her Subaru had a major issue. We did not have any contacts there and finally long distance I reached out to Baierl Subaru. The reps were helpful and did not over sell us. They gave her a car to drive during the repair, suggested a place for her to get her annual certification required by Pennsylvania and she has not had any issues since.I will always be thankful for their professionalism, honesty and helpful attitude to a new member of the community.

The salesman, Mitch George and the managers Eric and Jordan were personable, friendly, and helpful throughout the whole process.The salesman and the managers were very understanding with the number of times, I came to look at the vehicle and all the questions I asked.

Kari was very friendly and informative (told me her and her mom's own experiences with Subaru cars) and made it easier for me to chose which car to get. She's easy to communicate with (via texts and phones) and made us feel at ease that whenever something comes up with my car, we know for sure with whom we can ask questions and find solutions for them. Thank you Kari!We also spoke with Ryan after my purchase of Subaru Forester 2023, and he went through so many details about the car features that I wasn't aware of as well as tips for keeping the car safe and longevity of the car. We learned more about cars from Ryan within such a short period of time through his consultation, so thank you Ryan for sharing your knowledge too!

Seriously had the absolute best experience one could have buying a new car. Johnny B was the best salesman I have ever encountered, catered to my every accessory whim, and made the experience fantastic. And my 2024 Crosstrek is the best car I have ever owned.

I found a car I was interested in online and filled out a request if it was still available. I received a prompt reply from Tom. When I met him at the dealership, I test drove a couple of cars I was interested in. Tom was friendly and helpful. When I decided on the car, Tom was very efficient handling the paperwork and made the process easy for me. I was especially pleased that he arranged to bring the car out to my house as I didn’t have a way to drive it home.

Zero stars. Bought a $27,000 car a few years ago and it came with a warranty and roadside services. Finally needed to use the roadside service, however subaru told me I could only have my car towed to the dealership which was closed on Sundays so I couldn't get it fixed until Monday morning at the absolute earliest. After unsuccessfully being able to get my car seen at other places it ended up being towed to Baierl Subaru after all. So Monday morning I call at 7:30 when the service department was supposed to open- no answer. Wait 5 minutes and call again - no answer. I repeat this cycle until 8:15 when I finally reach a rep. The rep tells me everyone is getting the day started and my car will get fixed today and someone will call me with an update. I get a call from a technician who tells me he has no idea where my tires came from and the closest one they found would take 2-3 days to arrive and would cost me $260 to change. I then hang up to call the last person who replaced my tires who informed me my tires were ordered from AMF Tire so I called them and they greeted me pleasantly and stated "if you have your car to us by 5 we will change it for you today". I then had my car re-towed from the dealership to AMF and within 45 min AMF replaced my tire at $170 almost $100 cheaper then the Knock off tire the dealership was going to order and make me wait until Thursday to have changed. Just lousy service all the way around from this place. Never seen someone go through such great lengths to simply have a new tire put on. Will never even attempt to bring my car here again for anything and I'd advise the same to others. Go to AMF for service.

I was interested in buying a car from this dealership. Everything was great with the sales rep (Jamie) until we got to the numbers. The finance guy came out to tell me my car in good condition was not nearly worth what I was able to find online. His response was “maybe Kelly blue book will write you a check.” I did think he was serious asked how I’d go about that. I realized he was mocking me (likely because I am a young female). I would not recommend going to this dealership. The interaction was insulting and the finance man was extremely arrogant and misogynistic.

I would give this dealership a 0 if I could. I’ve been trying to contact one of their sales personnel Jamie with no response. She took my information down and gave me her card. She told me she would contact me with updates on the vehicle we were looking at but I’ve heard nothing back. I’ve emailed and texted multiple times with no answer back. I was trying to purchase a car for my 16 year old daughter but I guess I’m not worth their time. It’s a shame because I’ve heard great things about Baierl. I would never recommend or purchase a vehicle from this dealership. Guess we will take our business somewhere we are appreciated.

I bought a new car from Baierl Subaru earlier this year. The entire process was smooth from the sale to afterwards. They gave me a great trade-in value for my old car, provided me with financing that was.50% less than my pre-approved rate, and the rest of the sale went hassle free. After a couple of months, I discovered that I had a few areas of paint peeling on my new car which is unheard of for a Subaru. I called the body shop, and they took care of the issues with the factory paint job without even hesitating. I’ve bought a decent amount of cars over the years, and this has been the best dealer that I’ve been to so far.

So I just walked into this dealership at 4:00pm on a Saturday and looked at the show room cars with my son and husband for 30 minutes. We even got into the new Legacy (I own a 2013 from this dealership). Six workers passed us without acknowledging our presence. They might have even just said that they had no one to help, if that was the case. Two workers stood in a back room with glass windows talking to each other the entire time. We left after the last worker passed us shaking his head and saying ‘wow, it’s 4:30’.

My wife and I had a great experience at your dealership in looking for a used Subaru , we were welcomed very warmly with Taylor your most recent salesperson, who went way out of her way to tend to our search.
