About Bakery Living
Bakery Living offers luxury apartment living in Pittsburgh's Shadyside neighborhood within the historic Bakery Square campus. The community has modern and spacious studio, one, and two-bedroom apartments that are pet-friendly. The facilities are top notch with a gym better than local ones, spaces for ping pong and pool, a courtyard, and bike storage. The location is super convenient, a stone’s throw from Trader Joe’s and various restaurants and bars. The leasing and management staff are extremely nice, responsive, helpful, and friendly. They put on many awesome events and free food for residents. However, the walls are paper thin and the rent is extremely high. Despite this, many residents report a great experience and call it the nicest apartment building in Pittsburgh.

I lived here for about a year. It was my first apartment in the U.S., and thanks to the friendly neighbors and the variety of events, I was able to make many friends and create wonderful memories. If I ever return to Pittsburgh, I would love to live here again.

I lived at Bakery Living for a year and had a great experience. All the facilities are very new and work perfectly, with no hidden issues. The community also hosts frequent events almost every other week, which made it feel very welcoming and gave a strong sense of belonging. Highly recommend!
