My sister had a regular check-up appointment for her dog, and we have been waiting for over 2 hours. They are not even busy at all! Don't take your pets to this Banfield!

If you like a vet that is going to waste your time, and one that has all of their management on PTO and no one in charge of operations, this place is for you.I made an appointment on Wednesday for a Saturday time slot. I pack up my pet and take them out there, only to find out when I get there that they “tried” calling to confirm my appointment and never heard back from me so they scheduled over my appointment. I never delete my call history, and I had no missed calls from them, no voice mail, no email… but “they called to confirm”. No management on duty to address the issue and no help from the person at the desk.If I don’t get their calls, how can I confirm? If I made the appointment 3 days ago, why would I expect a confirmation call. Loved dragging my pet out there just to find out “oops, we scheduled over your appointment…”Update: So a manager does exist, the employee that I dealt with just didn’t want to let me talk to them. After engaging corporate, I was contacted by the practice manager. Apologies were offered for my experience, along with a promise to talk to the employee I dealt with. Still unhappy about my experience but I appreciated the call back and discussion.

My cat Poppy saw Dr. Pease today for the first time and we loved her! So kind, so patient, and took the time to explain all of Poppy’s needs to us. This Banfield location was really straightforward with pricing and I never felt pressured or ripped off. I ended up buying a wellness package but was never pushed into it. The office was a bit chaotic but mainly just because they were busy! Dr. Pease was great as were all the techs and staff! So grateful!

I just setup a plan with these guys, and I go to call them, and they're closed the day BEFORE Thanksgiving. For what? That's not a holiday. I'm so annoyed about this. I definitely want to cancel the wellness plan. This is completely unacceptable customer service. There's nothing on the website about them being closed, and the day before Thanksgiving is not a holiday! You should be open.Update: while trying to cancel my wellness plan, I had to pay full price for services rendered. That I'm ok with, but they won't refund the membership fee, which is very shady. The guy keeps referring to the "agreement". Nobody sits there and reads the entire agreement, and to use that at leverage to not refund the membership fee is questionable. If you pay full price for services rendered, you should be refunded the membership fee. Anything less speaks volumes about how that company views its customers

I have never had anything but excellent experiences at this location. They take such good care of my dog, have always been insanely accommodating, and everyone that works there is kind and courteous. Highly recommend taking your pets here!

Why are reviews posted and then deleted? A friends dog passed away suddenly after receiving care at your facility. No explanation, phone call etc! This is heartless and unacceptable. Where is your compassion???

I walked in right when they opened today at 10am with no appointment or call ahead. I’ve never done this before (just showing up), and didn’t know what to expect but something had pierced my cat’s paw. With it being Sunday and a 7 hour emergency vet wait time, it was all I had. They were fully booked that day but STILL made time for me to quickly remove it, and sanitize the pad— and I mean they did this in 5 minutes. The bill was extremely reasonable and everyone was SO friendly and understanding. Thank you so so much Emilee, Andrea, and Dr. Cohen, I am sincerely so grateful.

Saw the vet first for itchy eyes. Prescribed some eye drop which turned out useless. I later called to make a tech appt for an allergy shot. When making the appt they would not tell how much it will cost. Took several calls and runarounds later to finally find out. At the appointment, however, It turned out to be much higher than what they quoted me on the phone. The front desk lady scolded me with a straight face, “that was for the drug only” oh really, you did not care to tell me there is additional charge for office visit and shot admin? Who on earth only wants to know the price of drug? Will it self administer? Don’t know why they try so hard to withhold pricing info… I wouldn’t be so frustrated if they simply gave a full cost break down on the phone, so I’d know what to expect.

Absolutely the best medical help we have had in years. Very important because our cat Jake has many issues, and we need someone w can go to ASAP. Dr. Peas is fantastic.

They encouraged me to sign up for a wellness plan, saying I can cancel anytime. What they don't tell you is that the cancellation policy requires you to pay the entire year's premium in order to cancel ($500 in my case).

I am so grateful for the care my golden retriever Sue has received from the staff at Banfield! I have been taking him here since he was 8 weeks old. He was diagnosed with a rare blood disorder (ITP) in June so we have been coming in every 1-2 weeks to have his platelet levels checked. Everyone here, from the front desk staff, to the techs, to the vets (especially Dr. Cohen) is so nice and understanding…especially if we are running a few mins late or accidentally forget an appointment. Thank you for all you do!
