Have a dog with some kind of seizure disorder that’s been on phenobarbitalsince 2020. He hadn’t had a seizure since he started the medication, but because of this Banfield location’s inability to get organized and get things together, he seized for the first time in years. I called last week to get a refill on his prescription, got what amounted to a “we’ll see what we can do” and no call back. Went in for an appointment yesterday, and learned they’d called it in but didn’t bother to call me and let me know. Later last night, I went to my pharmacy to pick it up and they had no record of anyone ever calling it in like they said they did. All this led to a week off the dog’s meds and another seizure. 100% on this Banfield location.

Another outstanding visit at Banfield North Fayette. Wanted to give highest praise to everyone at Banfield’s North Fayette (Robinson) location. We’ve been taking our cat here for 14 years and have had nothing but great experiences. We just had our kitty in for a checkup and to address some medical issues. Everyone was great. At check-in at the front desk, they took all our information and were most courteous. A Vet tech (I wish I recalled his name was just great..) came out and took time with us to understand our cat’s current status since the last visit, and probed on his behavior and what may have changed as he’s an elderly cat with a few medical issues. Dr. Seader is WONDERFUL – she called us while he was in for his visit and took about 15 min to discuss his health, and recommendations for treatment, and frank discussions about his health, prognosis, and what she would recommend we do (and not do) and how we keep him healthy and happy as long as possible. They really care for our kitty (and us) and I give them our highest regards and recommendations.

Took my cat in for a urinalysis and he was there all day. They called and said they couldn’t get a sample and that he probably just didn’t need the urinalysis and to monitor him? Ok… so I pick him up and it’s $82. $82 for absolutely nothing. They said it’s for the physical exam but I went there for a urinalysis. He didn’t need an exam and had already been to multiple vet visits for his recent health issues. I simply wanted to see if his UTI cleared and instead paid $82 to not know a thing and basically be sent home. I only spoke with the vet over the phone. $82 for that is absurd. I left today with ABSOLUTELY NOTHING other than advice to watch him to make sure no symptoms develop. That’s $82 advice right there. They even said to think of it like a copay…. Usually when you make a copay you have something done, like a procedure, OR LABS. Thanks for literally nothing today Banfield. Ridiculous

The place has gone downhill fast the last year. Horribly mismanaged, staff doesn't know what they're doing half the time and are often rude and hang up on you. Will do anything to charge you as much as possible. And although scheduled with a doctor have not actually seen one, always get stuck with a vet technician, doctors can't even spare you 5 min to talk about your pet. Makes me sick that a place you go to trust your animals in can become so bad.

We had to be seen on Sunday for one of our dogs and no emergency vet would take us. The doctor was able to get us in and help immediately with our frenchie. Great customer service and care

We adopted a new cat that was having a few issues eating, walking, etc. so we took her to this vet. They took her to a completely different room without us to "check her out" and they said she was fine. a few weeks later and our new cat turned yellow and passed away in a horrific fashion. My wife and I are absolutely heartbroken and will never ever go here again. We have told many pet-loving friends about our experience so they know to stay away unless you want your pet to die.

I’ve been using Banfield for 6 years, but they have really gone downhill recently. My 4 dogs all have the Optum Wellness plan, yet they refused to see my dog or schedule him for a future appointment after an injury. They cannot keep vets and I am constantly getting called on my way to appointments saying they are overbooked and need to reschedule (this happened twice in a row now). Do not use this Banfield. They have gone downhill and no one there actually cares about your pet. They will not be getting any more business from me as they are clearly too busy to keep up with vaccinations and appointments for my 4 dogs.

No help whatso ever. Called at 9 am due to my dog being there and now has kennel cough. No one returned our phone call all day. Called at 5pm and got hung up on 4 times only to be told we have to bring him back in and would be responsible for all medications. The dog went in with eye infection and now we are responsible for kennel cough due to unsanitary facilities. Still trying to comprehend how this is our fault. I know the young lady that was snippy answering the phone is only told what to say, but asked to speak to a manager of the store and for some reason Kelly Cashman is never around. Unfortunately we have to go back as we are there plan. Just beware ...updating my review as Banfield finally called and is helping our dog out with medication at no cost. We appreciate your attention to customer needs with the follow up phone call to help resolve our situation. Nice work banfield

The team at this location is amazing. After taking my old pupper there for 8+ years, at almost 14 it was her time to go. What I dreaded and thought was going to be the worst day of my life was made bearable with this team's empathy. It meant the world to me

Couldn’t ask for a better vet. Spent my first three years at the Robinson location, switched, and found my way back!What I do want to recognize is the crafton location! The girls up front are phenomenal and so kind! I know our animals always get the best care!Banfield is also an affordable option, with a wide variety of plans. I highly recommend!
