Needed a battery for my Subaru key fob. Went to Fast-Fix at Ross Park Mall - they wanted $75! Decided to try Batteries Plus and so happy I did! Great service, replaced in less than 5 mins and cost under $20. Will definately be back!

Went to get the battery replaced in my Android phone, was told at the store by staff that they don't work on Android phones, even though their website says they fix all phones & batteries. I will never go to another Batteries Plus in the whole state of Pennsylvania or ever again.

I seriously wish I knew about this place before running all over the place to find a battery recycling/e-waste wild goose chase.
Long story short, my shuddering mess of a scared ass was treated with just the same respect and kindness of anyone else coming in. They talked me through what was what, explained simply what I can give for recycling, and even took mercy on me for what I brought in.
Thank you Batteries Plus and while I hope I won't need your services again, I am more than glad to rely on you fine folks for help.

I called on a Sunday afternoon to see if they replace watch batteries, and a real person politely answered the phone. The answer was yes, and they were open until five! I got there, was in and out with a ticking watch in four minutes!

You know you can trust a battery store when you come in to buy a new car battery and the guy decides to check the old battery first! Car died a couple times this month, but apparently, the battery is still good. Sean helped my wife by showing her how to clean the crusty corrosion on the old battery that might be causing the problem. Hopefully that works, but if/when the battery finally dies for good, we know a place where we can find good service from trustworthy people! Thank you, guys 👍

Excellent car battery price and installation service was fast. The website order form has some problems related to installation date, time and additional comments not being forwarded to the local store. I'll look at batteries plus first the next time I need a battery.

purchased motorcycle battery around 10/4 connections were wrong, returned 10/9 had to upgrade to Duracel at $ 20 increased cost for correct connections( no discount for B+ not checking connections error nor cost/inconvenience of customer return). Then subjected to a dozen repetitive/overkill emails for rating response when battery has not yet been used. This is dumb! Wait until product is in use for ratings on sales/product!

Oh my goodness the staff here were incredible, the one gentleman played with my 11-month-old daughter and kept her entertained throughout the hour-long wait process. It made the experience as pleasant as possible to handle a broken phone. I would 1000% recommend and anytime I need a phone repair I will be coming back here again. Thank you guys so much for your incredible work.
