The Benedum Center for the Performing Arts is a beautiful venue known for its comfortable and spacious seating. Guests have enjoyed a variety of performances, including ballet and popular shows like Hamilton and Peter Pan. The theater staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and committed to providing excellent service, with accommodations available for wheelchair users, hearing impaired, and sensory sensitive guests. Visitors appreciate the quick ticket check-in process and the ample drink and snack options. While there are some concerns about limited merchandise tables and restroom availability, the overall experience at the Benedum Center is positive, making it a fantastic place to enjoy a show.

It's always a great time seeing a performance here. I never tire of seeing the architecture, the gilded decor, the beautiful detail in everything. The staff are always so friendly too. My latest visit was to see the musical Chicago. Fantastic performance.
