Betsy Ann Chocolates is a great place to frequent, a local company that opened in 1938. The quality of the chocolate is top notch and delicious, with many considering it the best they've ever had. The employees hand-make dozens of flavors of chocolates and some candies, such as gummies, licorice, and taffy. They are always so nice, promptly and kindly serving customers. The factory store and retail locations have many display cases and shelves with a broad selection, including candy bars, pretzels, truffles, peanut butter cups, cherry cordials, caramel, nut clusters, coconut, and Oreo varieties. Customers can also purchase through the website or fundraisers. Popular items include the cordial strawberry, which is very flavorful, peanut-butter cups, milk-chocolate bars, and bags of imperfect bloopers which offer a good deal to sample different kinds. They create cute items for the holidays and have exquisite packaging. Some notes are that chocolate-covered mini pretzels can taste very buttery to some, and prices are a bit high for a factory store. However, sales, like on giant truffles, provide amazing deals. I was recently in Pittsburgh and visited Betsy Ann chocolate. I believe this is the best chocolates I've ever had. To my surprise, a relative sent a beautiful 2 layerd box to me for Christmas, yes, it's almost gone, Christmas was only 3 weeks ago, lol. Highly recommend Betsy

Great selections and look for their discounted irregulars. We loved the truffles and chocolate covered pretzels.
