BJ’s shelves are always well stocked with everything on the list and some, the prices are always good, especially the gas. Cashiers are always friendly and helpful, even when it is close to closing ????

I'm so glad we got a club here in western PA. I do most of my saving from BJ's at the gas pump. But we do get some bulk items for household stuff too. Their prices are good, and planning my trip before with coupons makes it easy to go through the store and find everything we need. I really also like that they have a fresh deli, along with their bakery. Their meat department is also very impressive. We have gotten their 2 pack of ribs several times, because of the good value. The staff is always nice and helpful, and we really enjoy being members.

When I went to the self checkout there was some other people waiting as well for help. There was 2 store associates that I seen and all of us were looking around. They kept walking over to the registers that weren't even open and kept walking around. They looked like they didn't know what they were doing. Terrible customer service. Do better.

Good prices on a kit of items BUT need to be aware of competition..sometimes bj are higher. Paper products A+..salads but watch for bad bags. Whole chickens roasted great..etc. not liking the yearly fees.

Poor experience with store on tire purchase. They offered 6mo financing on tires, I applied online, was approved but card info did not come up to start using card. I called the store and was told I had to wait for card to come in by time card came in promotion ended. I spoke with mgr JT who said even though I paid for tires had to wait until they were put on and he could give me 9% back in points but could not honor the financing. Knowing I was coming back following week to have tires put on he nor none of the mgrs were there. Got another mgr who could not help and said come back. On my 3rd trip to store I stopped at the tire place as my sensors were not working since tires were put on was told it's cause my car is old and the battery wore out (even though they were fine prior to them putting the tires on). I then went back into the store the mgr Caitlin who was one that JT said could help me said she would not give me the offer and spoke to me like a child and walked away from me. I would not recommend making a large purchase of this type from this store. It has turned into a nightmare and I had to call customer service to get it resolved. I have been a member for this club for the year it's been open and until this experience I would have strongly recommended shopping here now I would not be as willing to give a good recommendation.

Staff is rude. They treat you like a common thief until you prove you are not. They will scan at least 7 items in your cart. If you do express checkout it takes even LONGER to get out of there. Not a fun place to shop

This place is definitely worth checking out. My big issue with BJs is that the self checkouts are LOUD, and it's very off-putting with all the jingles they play. If they took out the jingles and turned them down one notch so they are still loud but not ear piercing, the whole experience would be a billion times better. But they do have nice products and fair prices

The customer service is terrible!! I literally stood there for like 10-15 while doing insta cart mind you, because I was told an item was being looked into that was up in a pallet. All for the man that was supposed to be helping me stood there in front of my face and did not tell me they did not have it. Had I not said anything I would be there til closing waiting for someone to come and tell me their search wasn’t successful.

I definitely like BJ's better than my 13 year Sam's Club membership. Staff are friendly and helpful. Plentiful parking. Good prices! Large selection of store items. I do not like needing to electronically clip coupons on the app to get the on sale item and their bakery and concession stand is small and lacking but I do like that the store has a fresh lunch meat and cheese deli. It will be interesting to see how this place expands over time!

Thank you Heather, not only did you load our car at pick-up you saw our reusable bags AND, USED them. Thank you for taking that extra step to make our trip that little bit easier when we get home. This was the 2nd time this week I felt the need to speak with a manager just to let them know their employee was exhibiting spectacular customer service by taking those extra steps to help folks out.

I go here every week. Prices are great! I just wanted to write a review because the staff went beyond good customer service at my last visit. After checking out, I dropped an entire bin of blueberries inside the store. (This was 100% my fault) I let the front desk know just so they could clean it up. To my surprise they allowed me to grab a new carton of blueberries. I really appreciated the kindness they displayed. Even while cleaning up my mess (which I hated to watch) the staff stayed smiling. Thank you. ??

I really like this place and unlike the other clubs... The app gives you coupons for even more savings...God knows with the cost of things today... We need all the help we can get.

A mixed bag, but overall positive with room for improvement.Positives:The food (groceries) seem to be generally of a higher quality than Sam's club, for example they stock a number of Purdue chicken products, and Sam's seems to have switched to all Tyson.Their house brand of foods, Wellsley Farms, seem quite good, my family and i like them a lot.It is nice to have a deli in-store, so that i don't have to buy 5 lbs of meat that the family won't eat all of before it goes bad. This saves a stop at the local overpriced Giant Eagle stores. They also seem to have more usable gas pumps at the North Hills (of Pittsburgh) club than the Sam's club at Mt. Nebo.Negatives:The app is absolute rubbish. Having to "click coupons" is a giant waste of time, and they don't get applied immediately (stated delay can be up to 15 minutes) so if you see something in the club and click on it, it's hit or miss if it will actually be applied at checkout. They don't appear to have Wi-Fi for in-store use (as Sam's clubs do) and my Verizon coverage in there is next to none, so using the app while shopping is painful or flat out impossible.A limit of 20 items for self checkout is stupid, it's a warehouse club. The last time I was there, July 3rd, a few refrigerated coolers thermometers read 47°. Not sure if they had just restocked or what, but that is disturbing.

I shop here all the time. It's always clean and well stocked. Never too crowded (like Sams or Costco). The quality of items is good, AND the values are amazing. The only item I've been disappointed with was a value size bag of frozen chicken wings. The pieces were so big they were like drumsticks !?!?Clip-able digital coupons available online / through the APP.I do use the pick-up services here as well and they always complete my order ahead of schedule. The time savings and also easy delivery right to my car are a win win!
