The guy who runs the store is by far the worst proprietor and a constant lier. Complaining to corporate does nothing, they take my money and fail to deliver service. He lied to me to get me to upgrade my service and then did not deliver on his promises. He states he will call me back and doesn't, he told me he was busy with a customer and when I asked if I was also a customer and shouldn't he deal with me he just ignored my question.

Recently my phone was shut off two weeks after I paid my boost mobile cellular bill and this is not the first time this has happened to me but I let it go a few times before when they did this to me. Now I am seriously upset because I am not rich, I am a honest person that pays their bills and lives from paycheck to paycheck. When I called the company about this they thought I was calling to pay on my phone??? I told them no and I was calling about why it was my phone off two weeks after I paid it..they looked for my payment and said there wasn't one. I told them they are the ones who took the payment because I have it set for it to come out on a certain day each month..anyway I talked to an employee about it and when that was going nowhere I asked to speak to a manager then after I was on hold for a half hour, yeah a half hour, the manager came on I repeated what I said to the employee and then she put me on hold to recheck the information I told the employee..she came back on and said they would straighten it out within 48 hours my phone would be back on..she gave me a ticket # for my complaint and said I would be given 30 days of free service for all my trouble. I told her that if it isn't on by then I would go to someone that will get it back on and give me restitution for all this. She said don't worry we will take care of it...Guess what? It is over 48 hours and my phone is not on...I reported them just like I told her I would but they have locked me out of going into my boost app so I can turn off the Automatic Payment so now I can't put any money into my bank account because I know they will take it and this has me steaming. This has disrupted my life in so many ways and I'm gonna post reviews everywhere because how are they able to do this to someone in America? I hope this review is seen by many consumers..this was in Youngstown, Ohio but I couldn't find that one and I put it in the search..I don't want to hurt an innocent party..

Boost Mobile is a scam do not by anything from this store I paid my phone bill and my phone service is not restored. The company is a scam there have been maintenance issues on the website and the app for a whole week please save your time and money and they will give you a number that doesn't even work!

Clearly the person working there was not an employee as they had to facetime with the owner in order to do anything. All I needed to do was get the new SIM to upgrade to the new network, but they didn't register the SIM to my account so it wasn't working. Then they tried to say I had to buy a new phone because they installed the SIM improperly. 2 hours and 3 phone calls later and I resolved the issue myself.
