I ordered my phone and plan online through boost infinite and the sim was defective. Paul at the Chartiers location was more than willing to help resolve the issue and I am so grateful! I tried handling it on my own for 3 days until I finally went to the Lincoln location and that guy was rude, didn't want to hear my situation, and there was a couple there who had the same issue and said the guy was telling them they had to buy a new phone. Thankfully I called Paul and he said come in to the Chartiers store and he'd be more than happy to help. Thank you for your amazing customer service! My phone works finally! Give Paul a raise! ?

Went in to get a new phone because mine was taking too long to download everything. Walked out the door with a brand new phone, satisfied with the price and my new phone had everything on it from my old phone. Fast and good service.
