Both BP's in Millvale are owned by the same person they both price gouge in a lower-income area. They do not make sure that there is fresh coffee in the morning, just keep the one from the night before, heated.

This place gouges on the price of fuel. 4.40 for gas when most other places are at 3.99? No way would I stop here. Save your money and go to one of the two Sheetz stores on route 8 or further up Babcock
