They are lucky enough they got one Star from me. Not deserving. Although they seem very nice people that waited on me. I suppose they have to follow protocol. Policies suck. Pricing as well. One thing was presented and another was taken to action. Very very surprised you would treat repeat clients like this. Watch yourself, they really know how to railroad customers. The customer service over the phone is just as awful.

Just the worst. This is the second review I have ever left but wanted to do my best to steer other people away from this place. We reserved a 26' truck 5 days out from our pickup date (12/9/17), and showed up at 8am to pick it up. Well, guess what, no f'ing truck. Jay, the guy running the show, pulled out a corporate card and said "You have to call customer service, but I haven't had a 26' truck here for months". He then claimed that he got the service reservation THAT morning, and decided NOT to call us because he figured he would "just see us" when we showed up. Christ. To boot, when I asked him to help us call around and find another truck, he started to play around on his cell phone, said that it wasn't working, and then refused to use his land line to help us call. Unreal. Look, if you're looking to rent a truck, Ted (the owner) at the Uhaul on the North Side (Western Ave.) saved our weekend. It's 12 minutes south of this location and I can't say enough good things about him and his business. They matched the price budget was giving us, had over 70 trucks in stock, and even started the truck to warm it up before we got there. PLEASE, do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. You have enough moving parts and added stress worrying about the move in the first place, you don't need to add to it by dealing with Jay, and this business. Go to Uhaul and be glad you did.

This doesnt even qualify for one star... A worst service ever I have seen. I have reserved a truck well in advance and when I was booking unless I put down my credit card it will not be confirmed, so I did give my credit card details and got the reservation confirmed. On the day of Pick up when I called the pick up location, they said truck is not available. I did not even receive any call notifying me on that, how crap they are. I have made all the arrangements and finally they are saying its not available. This is worst service and they dont even care. When I called customer service, they say if you wish you can go to other vendor. Such an idiots. DONT GOTO THIS IDIOTIC SERVICE provider how doesnt care about your time.

Scheduled a truck 2 weeks in advance. On moving day we showed up to pick it up and they DID NOT HAVE IT. They claimed they attempted calling us, but NEVER did. I am a VERY careful planner and had this booked well in advance. Thanks Budget for making a stressful 300 mile move that much worse. No wonder you prices are cheap! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
