Went to get my 3 year old daughters dog restitched. They were nice and patient and even explained the process and stuff to my daughter (shes a very curious girl) they definitely make kids happy highly recommend stopping at this one!

Melly was amazing and so sweet. She made the whole experience wonderful. I came here with my fiancee on a date, and the store was clean, with a good selection. I loved it and will definitely be back.

Extremely disgusted. First my original account is just nowhere to be found, it never existed. Even though I have a confirmation email and the original member ID #. Next The product i want can not be picked up at the only 3 stores that are within 10 miles of my address. NO I now have to pay extra for shipping. Then it doesn't drop into the cart properly and an associate code get placed so i do not get 30% of the now additional shipping. Then it can not be canceled I know have to wait for it to arrive and return it to receive my money back!!! After waiting on hold twice for a total of 2hours and 8 minutes of my time!!!!!!!
