My car was hit in a parking garage and from start to finish Caliber made an otherwise inconvenient experience incredibly easy. Makayla was thoughtful, clear and paid close attention to detail. I appreciated the consistent communication about where my vehicle was in the repair process. I will absolutely use Caliber in the future and will recommend to friends and neighbors!

I like to talk about the wonderful experience I had at Caliber Collision my service advisor Kevin was wonderful he explained from A to Z everything that was going to go on he made me feel comfortable I continuously got text about updates about my vehicle he was so understanding because I have had some very bad experiences other places and he made me feel so comfortable and I will recommend this place to everyone he was amazing and that they did a wonderful job on my vehicle and I feel he went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and I'm totally grateful and I would recommend this place to everyone the whole staff they're just wonderful exceptional hearing courteous people and I love how my car turned out I don't know if I said that but it's wonderful

We were treated with respect and kindness. The business was clean and did not smell like other car repair places. They had coffee and tea out for customers. The bathrooms were very clean . The secretary Bonnie was very helpful and informative. She helped us with the car rental because we were coming from almost 2 hours away. The adjuster Makalya was very kind, informative and personable. She kept us well informed on the car repairs. Then you have the person who fixed the car . He did an excellent job . It was like it never happened. He is a true craftsman. This company was a pleasure to do business with. I would highly recommend them.

Having a car repaired is never pleasant. Caliber Collision makes the experience go as smoothly as possible. They keep you informed about the status of your vehicle. The promise date is adhered to. My vehicle was returned and even detailed. They removed the broken glass from inside of my car (my rear window was broken during an attempted car theft). I can’t say enough about the service. They are A++++!

Caliber has been absolutely incredible to me in the past several months. Back in March, my car was hit in a hit-and-run while parked outside my house and they repaired everything quickly and accurately, down to the pinstriping and logo decal. At the end of May, my car was hit AGAIN in a hit-and-run, but we got a plate this time. We went through the responsible party's insurance and needless to say they were a nightmare. My repairs were once again completed on time, but we were getting the roundabout from insurance trying to get them to pay for some small additional repairs. For two weeks, Kevin at Caliber was calling them nearly every day trying to figure out why it was taking so long for them to even look at the estimate. Thankfully, after our pestering, the payment went through and I could finally retrieve my perfectly repaired car. Needless to say, I couldn't recommend Caliber enough. They're a big chain that works with you like a small local shop. I hope I won't have to deal with any more hit-and-runs in the near future, but if I do, I'm going to Caliber.

I had fantastic experience at this auto repair shop. The staff were incredibly Friendly, Polite, and Helpful Throughout the entire process. That was not only professional, but also very efficient. They keep me informed every step of the way and made sure I feel comfortable and confident about the repair. I truly appreciate that dedication and excellent customer service highly recommended .
