“Firstly and most importantly, the bodywork they did was outstanding. They front edge of my hood was crinkled in like an accordion, but they made it new again. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the communication was lacking. They typically update all of their customers on the status of their vehicles every Tuesday and Thursday, but I never got any of those updates. Instead, I found myself calling and/or stopping by twice a week for the 3 to 4 weeks that they had it. Each time I stopped in, someone made sure to mention their 'staffing issues'. I understand that and I certainly can sympathize, but maybe let's not keep telling that to the customers for weeks on end, to the point it begins sounding like an excuse. And when speaking with 2 different employees during the final week or so of them having it, I was given 2 different pick-up dates that were 3 days apart. Also, I thought that the final clean-up before giving it back to me would've been a bit more thorough. The body looked great, but all of the door jambs were untouched. BUT, all in all, they did a great job on the most important thing, and for that I DO recommend them and I WILL happily go back to them the next time I hit a deer. Also, they installed a snap-on piece that I ordered for me. It was just a simple installation but they did it for me and didn't charge me for it. I do appreciate that. Thank you City Collision.”

“Window got broken Saturday night. After some research these guys were the only ones open Sunday. Unfortunately they were booked solid on Sunday but got me in on Monday. Cleaned up all the broken glass. Quick service and a professional job, highly recommend.”
“Bob is a good man for taking the chance with my car. I had a collision with a deer and Bob was eager to help. Although this time it was beyond repair he did refund me minus the labor which I personally believed was fair. The world needs more mechanics like Bob who are willing to take the risk for customers with very damaged vehicles.”
“They did a great job replacing my windshield for my 2021 Toyota Camry. They finished the task much faster than the estimated time they told me. I was greeted my Justin when coming to pick up my car and he made some great jokes to help lighten up the mood after I had spent quite a lot of the windshield replacement.
Note for anyone that has a car or think of getting a car with Lane Tracing Assist or Heads-up Display features, your windshield replacement costs are going to be a lot more expensive than regular prices.”
“In May I had my windshield replaced from safelite. They came to my house and replaced it quickly. Recently coming up from camp, a small rock chipped my windshield. Made another appointment to get it repaired. After completely, they cancelled my order and did it for free. Saved me some money. Polite and friendly. Will return to this location if I have anymore issues”
