I personally drive about an hour to get to this mall! I live in very close proximity to other malls but this one I simply must go to. I think that it is always very clean and never grimy. I would recommend going to the cookie dough kiosk. It is a must!!!!! They have a the stores I want that other malls do not have in the area, and a Chick-fil-A! I always make a point to go to this mall once every two months. Best in the Pittsburgh area

Stopped here recently for the third time, and this seemed somewhat smaller than recent memory.. it looks like they are doing renovation at one end and possibly making the H&M larger which has shut down that part of the mall - but in general, this is a fine place to shop while in the area. The mall is very clean, and the shops are a nice variety of affordable to high dollar - so it encompasses everyone's budgets and needs. Highly recommended as a place to shop while in PGH and looking to get away from the downtown hustle and bustle. Just about a 15min drive (10 min highway)

Went to get food at Philly Cheesesteak in the food court and they completely refused to accept the cash I gave them. I ordered my food and they refused to accept my payment. I will never be going to get food their again by the way I was treated. They should have had a sign somewhere that they did not accept a certain number bill. I am disgusted and cannot believe they refused service because of my cash payment.

I was in town for a couple days and needed an outfit for a last minute get together, so I went to the Ross Park Mall. I was able to find an outfit for under $100! This mall is definitely in the top 10% of malls I've been to. They have cafes sprinkled throughout so you can stay caffeinated while you shop. The food court had a ton of options whether you wanted to stay healthy or splurge on a burger from Five Guys. They had a great assortment of stores and it was easy to navigate. Also, they had a strong but not overwhelming police presence which was reassuring. I highly recommend stopping by for a few hours!

This is a great mall in the Pittsburgh area that has something for everyone. If you are looking for upscale stores like Louis Vuitton and Nordstrom this is the mall for you! There are also many great major department stores as well, like Macy's and JCPenny's. There are great dining options as well. The food court has many options to choice from, there is even a Panera and Chick-Fil-A. We do come here for the Cheesecake Factory every time though after we finish shopping. There is ample parking space. It does tend to get much busier during the holiday season, but we have never had an issue finding a spot.

Great mall in the northern Pittsburgh area. Very high end with shops you'd expect in a nicer mall like Nordstrom's, Macy's, Lululemon, Cheesecake Factory, LL Bean, Pottery Barn, Crate&Barrell, Free People, Ann Taylor, William Sonoma, Abercrombie, American Eagle, Gap, etc. If you're a parent with little ones this mall in genius! There's an indoor play area conveniently located right besides Starbucks so mama can enjoy a coffee while the little ones get some energy out - especially nice for those long winter months! It's great walking mall as well if you need to get in some steps. The food court has improved over the last few years with some decent options like Chick-fil-A, Five Guys, and Panera, but could still get some better offerings in my own humble opinion. They do seem to always be under construction in some areas but i think that's due to changes in stores and becoming higher end over the years. Happy shopping!

The Ross Park Mall is definitely one of the best malls in the Pittsburgh area. There is a huge selection of stores and dining options available in this mall. The look of the mall is very high-end, modern, and luxurious. There are always lots of people here and tons of events going on and things to do. The mall is absolutely gorgeous. There is tons of parking available and lots of security to keep the mall safe. The parking lot is well-lit and free of litter. Honestly, the only complaint I have is that the restrooms need to be maintained better. They are really filthy most of the time, so I would use the ones in the department stores if possible. Overall the Ross Park Mall is really awesome, and I would highly recommend checking it out for a fun shopping and dining experience!

This is a very nice mall. I love that they keep bringing in new and unique stores. However, with as high end that this mall is trying to be they could stand to make some improvements. The bathrooms could use a renovation and a good scrubbing. While the appearance was clean, it smelled musty and dirty. The parking lots and roads up to and around the mall could be repaved. The mall elevator looked as the the carpet hadn't been replaced since the mall first opened. While some of these upgrades can be pricey, if you want the illusion of a upscale mall you might want to pay attention to the amenities too.

Very nice and clean mall in the area. There were a lot of shops (including high-end shops) and everything was very well-organized. The food court is located on the second floor, and I was surprised to see they had a Chick-fil-A in the food court. The only thing that was interesting was that this mall was at the top of a hill! I'm glad we came during the summer; I can't imagine how difficult it is to get uphill during the wintertime.

literally actually my second home i have nothing better to do with my life, so i go shopping every weekend (send help) but ross park is amazing. PROS: it is such a great environment, and a great variety of stores for anyone and everyone. it is very clean (not like lick the ground clean; but not a trash compactor). CONS: as much as i love this place, some issues, there was an issue a few months ago where a totally rotten smell was omitting from h&m/forever 21 the smell was terrible, it smelled like a sewer, i couldn't even go near that area. which was disappointing considering that i like those two stores, but i felt like gagging anywhere near there CONS (pt. 2): there are some small stands kinda dispersed throughout the mall, and they are so annoying. every time i go there some girl with a fake russian accent goes "ladies do you straighten your hair" fyi, i have curly hair. i mean, i just want to shop, do you have to bother me??? also there is a vape shop down by h&m and forever 21 which i find very disgusting and disappointing, because the mall is a family area, and vapes are not something you should be selling around families.

Very high-end mall. Good shopping experience especially with friends/family. There is one problem; there is this one cart that is in the store that tries to sell shoe cleaner and they are very direct and relentless. I had to buy the 25 dollar shoe cleaner just to shut him up. Other than that it's great.

Two floors with stores ranging from Nordstroms, Louis Vuitton, and Burberry to Payless and everything in between. Very nice and clean. Family environment.
