The building has good security measures, making it a safe and secure place to live in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. It provides the perfect setting for both lively gatherings and peaceful relaxation, with reasonable prices. Many residents report an extremely positive experience and highly recommend living here.
I have been doing work at this property for over 7 years and Bob the head maintenance tech has always been thorough and very meticulous with his repairs to the building and tenant spaces. Being a contractor who works on equipment at a lot of sites it's reassuring to see some as diligent and who takes pride in their work.

This is a lovely spot in Pittsburgh! It has a wonderful location, convenient transportation, a quiet and friendly neighborhood, with a reasonable price. I used to live on Forbes Ave near campus, fair to say Carson is way better. The maintenance team is very friendly and responsive too!
