This place has been here for as long as I can remember, always providing fast, excellent jewelry repair at a reasonable cost. When I had two long crystal necklaces break in the same way, the company was going to stand by their replacement warranty, but the cost associated with doing so was high. I live in the South Hills but took advantage of my next available day to bring these out to Fast-Fix. The gentleman helping me took a look, assessed the breaks (slightly different in each necklace; one had to lose one crystal which he returned to me) and said putting them back together would take just a moment and I could wait. In under five minutes he had repaired both of them and assessed them for any impending breaks I was not aware of. He then said there was no charge, and that I could pay next time as this could easily happen again. Amazing knowledge, skill and service. Don't hesitate to visit with your jewelry repair needs!

Skip the Apple store - this place is right outside the entrance and is 100x better. All of the (4) cameras on my iPhone 13 Pro failed and I took it to the Apple store to see if anything could be done. They said nope, all failed, itll be $500 to replace or you can trade your phone in for $213.I took it to Fix and Repair and the gentleman while I ate some lunch, disassembled the entire phone and diagnosed a faulty wire on one of the camera sensors. He was able to get 3 of the 4 cameras working, and it cost $40.

Very friendly person working there, efficient and polite. Watch battery was replaced within 30 minutes. Maybe we overpaid ($25) but it was done quickly and the staff was very pleasant.

I brought in a badly damaged iPhone. It had been crushed, not just dropped. These folks were able to repair the device and get it running again. I am very thankful to have my phone back.I would give 5-stars, only the repairs were not back to OEM quality. The screen resolution is poor compared to stock, especially with dark colors. The screen is overly sensitive to touch, causing extra letters and spaces when typing. Compared to not having a phone, these aren't deal breakers. I only wish someone had told me this before hand. I learned these things using the phone after I left.

I have an off-major brand phone (Razer Phone 2) that I needed a battery replacement for. I had a replacement battery and everything needed for the repair, but i have shaky hands and minimal knowledge of how to disassemble and reassemble phones.Almost every repair shop i went to refused to service my phone or said it would take "weeks". As a last resort before giving up and possibly getting a new phone, I went to the Ross Park location of the Fix & Repair and the most understanding and kind man listened to me and replaced the battery in under 45 minutes for me. Saved me tons of money. Will always go back if I ever have any more problems!!

I've given this business so much money in the past but today it stops! My mom dropped a chain off for repair on Wednesday afternoon. She called Thursday morning to see if it was repaired and it wasn't because the jeweler was out sick at that time my mom said please don't fix it because the cost was too expensive and the gentleman who answered the phone reinsured my mom that it wouldn't be fix and he would put it to the side for pick up. My mom told him I'll be there over the weekend. (My mom recorded the conversation) to my mom surprise she received a voice message that her chain was ready for pick up from the jeweler on Friday. When she received the message she called and the jeweler didn't give her a chance to ask a question or to explain anything before he started screaming he's a Christian and he wouldn't be dishonest. Huh what are you talking about sir!!! Christian's don't have to announce they're Christians, so stop! He was rude and ignored all common courtesy and wanted to argue with her. He proceeded to argue with her when she picked the chain up until she went off on him. At this point enough is enough, give me my stuff so I can get the hell away from you. Be aware of this unpolished Christian.

From the moment I talked with these guys they were awesome! Very reasonable prices and fixed in like an hour and a half. Both guys were very nice and helpful too. Plus they offered a lifetime warranty with the iPad screen I got fixed. I would highly recommend them! Here’s some before and after pics so you can judge their work for yourself.

One of the best places to repair your car of all the places around in the north Pittsburgh area, they are the cheapest and the best and the most honest. Everybody else tell them you'll use them if you pay half the money because they are all idiots
