“I am a new customer and just recently joined Citizens Bank. This is my learning. 1. You can park in the garage and they will validate 2. I opened a Business and Personal Account 3. Great Service Kayla Gilroy was a tremendous help. I reach out to Citizens Bank to understand requirements for opening a business account. She informed me what I would need · Articles of Incorporation · Corporate Resolution/ Certificate of Incumbency · EIN We had a successful meeting. She linked my business accounts with my personal accounts (so I only have to log into one system). Everything went very good. Kudos to the branch and the bank.”
“Today I was so pleased with my experience at the Chase location downtown. I was greeted by a very friendly lady who showed me to the desk to be taken care of by Farrah. I had a savings bond to cash in and it took a little bit of time but the ladies behind the desk were so friendly and accommodating. They explained every step and made sure I knew what was happening. I love the building and the atmosphere in there. I highly recommend this location.”

“I have been a PNC Bank customer since 1985 and have mostly gone to the PNC Branch on Forbes Avenue in Squirrel Hill. I had to get a replacement ATM card and decided to go the Edgewood Towne Center location this time because they have parking. The transaction took place very quickly and the staff was very friendly. I have used their drive through before but the branch is amazing!!”

“Very friendly ATM, conveniently located near the subway stop, and just outside of a Citizens bank in downtown Pittsburgh. I've only ever had one issue with a check deposit at this location, but it was totally my fault when confirming the check amount. Citizens did resolve the issue swiftly. This ATM is pretty good at it's job. Area is public, well lit and safe.”
