I write a check to someone. They go to cash it at chase on Freeport Road Pittsburgh and they decline them. Teller claims it could be fraud. Embarrassing me who is a multi million dollar client. Shameful

Teller was very rude. Treated good people poorly. Some people who are unhappy use their positions to bully the only chance the have to bully people daily.

Would not cash a check from their own bank. Lady said as told to and she still refused to override the error and cash the check.

Honestly, banking as a few local banks over the years and have worked in the industry for awhile as well — chase really hits all my needs when it comes to banking

Came to cash a check issued by Chase. An associate even did not know where to look for the issuer. I showed it to her. Then she collected my DL and CC and disappeared for 20 minutes. She probably went to google how to cash the checks.Finally she was ready to cash it and already started the process and only then she said I had to pay $10 non-client fee.So the Chase Credit Card holders are not actually the clients.Although their website says otherwise.And a fee on the websites is $8 and not $10.We asked the manager but she confirmed that I was not a client and had to pay $10 fee.I refused to pay, walked away, came to my bank but it showed this check has already been cashed.Because that nice lady in Chase has already started the process.And it’s nobody’s fault. Everybody got paid for being there today and went home happy with a sense of accomplishment.

Immediately when I walked in we were greeted by Katie. I’ve never had better customer service ever in my entire life. Katie K. went above and beyond. So helpful. Her tone was so welcoming and friendly. Go to this branch.
