The staff at this branch of Chase are professional and friendly. In particular, Jason Masters was very helpful setting up a complicated trust checking account with multiple trustees. I would also add that Chase's online banking is easy to use and is full featured for paying bills and scheduling recurring payments through Zelle.

I had no issues with the ATM in the lobby at this Chase Bank on Forbes. The door opened right up and machine had money for me to withdraw.

Could not believe there is no Chase Bank page on Yelp for this wonderful bank on Forbes in Squirrel Hill. So, I added it. The ATM is securely located in the lobby. With a touch of a ATM scan or swipe, the door opens. I didn't have any issues here. I used it twice during my trip to Pittsburgh. That's my bank!!

Avoid Sam if you can. Relationship manager working the teller booth last time was very unprofessional and pushy.Took forever to do a simple request and at the end it didn’t work out and pretended it was something he just couldn’t do from the start (even though he said he absolutely could and didn’t even acknowledge that he made that statement earlier). Then had the audacity to push me into an appointment to meet with an advisor. Old car salesman won’t get my business.

CHASE will add to your woes if a company defrauds you.We had rented a car in Europe this Summer from AVIS/Budget Rent-A-Car. The car broke down in the most precarious of alpine perches, stranding my wife and daughters. Budget violated the contract by not only NOT helping but by charging us for a tow truck for their own defunct vehicle. We took pictures of the dash lights and contract and proved our case.CHASE replied that they agreed that we have a case but would charge us for the extra $1200 for a tow truck anyway, facilitating the corruption. If we don't pay, our credit score is destroyed and we accrue penalties. If we go to small claims, we'll end up owing $12,000 to pay Budget Rent-A-Car 's legal fees. (We're not under the illusion that proof means anything.)This is the 2nd time Chase has facilitated fraud against us. Years ago, we returned a modem which didn't work out-of-the-box. The shopkeeper refused to take the modem, told CHASE that we didn't attempt to return it. We pointed out that he was lying and would take it back again, if there was a way to verify. CHASE didn't care that my new $150 modem didn't function and backed the business, as always.CHASE lost our business for a few decades after the first time we were defrauded. They are now once again losing about $35k per year in purchases and will continue to do so.

Everyone in this Chase branch is really nice! I opened my first US College checking here with Angela, which is a wonderful experience! And when I encountered difficulties, such as my account was locked by transferring money by Zelle, Ben was really friendly and effectively to help me fix the issue! Really recommend this Chase branch!

This bank is a joke. I've been a customer for over year. I've been moving in and out money $10-$200,000 over that year. I recently wired over $15,000 to buy a car. The money was wired from another bank. My other bank said 3 business days it would be in Chase. It was. The money showed available in my account in Chase. Chase would not cut the cashier check. Said it needed to "clear". It was a wire? What needs to clear? So I guess I'll wait for whatever to clear and request all cash. We'll see if Chase has $15,000 cash in branch. I doubt it. I may need to take a tour of the Chase branches in Pittsburgh to get my money and close my account. All their employees are useless. They seem to just hire a bunch of recent college grads. They are good at saying "Hi". Not much else. Can I sign up for $60,000/year to be essentially a Walmart greeter at Chase?

You are not helpful. I deposit a check, and Chase put it on hold for 11 days. The employee told me this is normal for a new opening account, and he did not want to help me solve this problem. He told me his branch manager would follow the case and call me. Obviously, nobody called me. I felt I was racially discriminated because of my Asian face and they thought I am easy to handle with.

I just started doing more of my business banking with Chase and use this local branch specifically. All the staff has been a great help and I ended up moving my personal finances over. They have somebody to talk to in person for anything you might need.
