Customer service at the south hills village store has definitely worsened. In my recent experiences I have faced unfriendly staff and received no help (even when the store was empty). I have been a customer of Chico‘s for over 10 years and I’m very disappointed with this store.

I used to be a big Chicos fan. But the last two years I noticed prices creeping up....fast! Crazy high prices have forced me to shop elsewhere and online. Also, the Chicos in the Galleria Mt Lebanon in Pittsburgh PA is permanently gone. What?!? Huge mistake.
