I've been going to Kelly for over 10 years and I will never trust anybody else with my hair! She's incredibly friendly and knowledgeable too. I've never been disappointed: Her cuts are stylish and long-lasting and she will work with you to make sure you're always satisfied :D

Kelley is the best stylist I have been to. She always listens to what I am looking for and offers suggestions to make it work best for me. I have been going to her for at least 8 years and I have never been disappointed!

Ruined my hair-I had to cut it into a pixie after it was chemically damaged. The owner did not return my phone calls. The color was left on too long and my hair was like a Brillo pad. I think the worst part of the whole experience was that the owner (who did my hair) didn't call me back. Initially I thought that I was having styling problems and the color was very blunt. When I gave up on a return phone call I tried to have it fixed at another salon and they couldn't touch it. I tried everything to salvage my hair but it literally looked like sideshow bobs from the simpsons-stuck out on both sides and would not go down. I tried shampoos, conditioners, keratin but it had to be cut. It's taken me years to grow my hair out. Please please use caution if you go here. I was always happy with my hair prior to it being damaged and I understand mistakes happen but this was huge.

Love the Chop Shop, Kelley is the best stylist around!! Get compliments on my hair all the time! We take the whole family there for cuts!
