The Tellers are very helpful. The lady at the desk I delt with acted like she hated her job. She had a attitude and was very slow and lazy. The computer kept timing out because she kept moving so slow.

I wouldn't have given them a 1 star if I didn't need to give them something to give a review. As an African American I would say that this branch does not represent the multiple years of customer service I've had with Citizens. They need to close this branch as it services no one and they have an even nicer branch on 5th Avenue.

I had a great experience with Shanerra at this location. She was very friendly, helpful, and explained everything step by step whenever i had questions.

The representative in the branch behaved as if I was asking for money from her. All I wanted was to verify my signature on my account. She was so arrogant and behaved as if she was doing me a favour!

Michelle Jacobs and Tyler Wasser have been there to help me in any way they can. I've received nothing short of great customer service from both of them!

My account was hacked Christmas Eve they took EVERYTHING including our savings. The account was closed and money returned very quickly. The manager was extremely helpful and the tellers were so helpful.

I have had a very good experience with Citizens Bank on Stanwix Street. Curtis Grimm was extremely helpful with my situation with my disabled son and helped me open a representative account for him. He made sure that the switch from our joint account to a representative account was seamless. Thank you, Citizens Bank, for helping me with an extremely difficult situation. : )

This is Not this Citizens bank but to all citizens bank. After spending six years and two deployment I have it up to here with this bank. After how this bank treated me on online is horrible and now helping me when I call. With an wait time of 20 minutes. I tried for three weeks to setup an account with a outside bank and after I email all the information to them three times. This bank is still not helping me. I recommend switching banks or not using this bank at all.

This bank is very unprofessional. They are thieves. I still do not understand how they stay in Business. The branch on Stanwix Street with Curtis Grimm as manager is the worst. They work with another loan officer at the same bank whose name is Jeff Robol. Oh, jeff was terrible...First, you open a business account then they open 4 other accounts for you. Without your consent. You only requested one account but they say you need a payroll, operations, bla bla account just so they can charge fees. Then they try to give you a credit card you do not need or requested. As you are explaining your business to them, they are coming up with more ways to shake you down with fees and products you do not need. The bank probably gives them a commission for new accounts and loans and cards so they are always trying to turn you over and get the quarters falling off your pocket. They are always trying to shake you down. They are worse than used car sales men. Then they start charging monthly fees on all accounts. And you tell them to close the accounts, but they don't listen. You tell the teller, the teller says talk to manager. You talk to manager and manager says i will close account but he does not close it. And you keep getting charged fees monthly. Then before all this, they say that you are approved for a loan but they later say you are not approved. But there is no formal letter from them. Other banks give reasons, credit score, business etc. Then they tell you to wait to hear back. Then they say we will call you back with details of your account closing but they never call back. And you keep calling but they give you the run around. Over and over again. How does this Bank stay in Business? I talked to another customer who even had a bad experience. She had to call their headquarters in Rhode Island. Guess what happened? She filed a formal complaint. She was told a certain Rachel will handle it.No one ever called her back from Rhode island. She kept calling the lady called Rachel Mariano at the Chairman's office. Rachel said she will call back. Guess what? She never did. So, she called Rachel 15 times over a month. Rachel never called back. This bank's culture is screwed up and there is no hope! One can only pray a better bank buys these losers for pennies on the dollar!! They are not worth much!!!

So I went out over the weekend and spent some money. 12 tranasaction using my debit card. On Monday at 10pm I balanced my account using the online banking and realized that I had not left enought money to cover two large checks that would be coming in. My wife then stopped at an ATM on Tuesday morning and withdrew $20 (so there was still some money in there). On Tuesday night when I got home the account was overdrawn by $402 dollars. The bank had slipped the two checks in BEFORE all the weekend transactions, then took the debits out highest to lowest. So I get hit with a $39 OD on ten things including a $5 dollar purcahse. Obviously this is done to drain your account and cause overdrafts so the bank can get paiid. Since they are not competent enought to invest correctly, they have to rely on gouging their customers to make revenue. BEWARE! ALL BANKS DO THIS, the screwing of the average man continues!!!!
