I’d give zero if I could! Will steal your money and blame you for their systems being inconsistent. Money transfers taking days sometimes when normally take minutes then charge you overdraft fees. I’ve got a list a mile long on these folks…Bunch of criminals with clowns working for them.

DON'T GET QUARTERS FROM HERE! I recently received two rolls of quarters from this place. One roll had a NICKEL in it and the other one was SHORT a quarter.

The hours are horrible. When the Citizens was still open in Giant Eagle (we’re still not happy it’s gone, that was a very convenient location for MANY people), it was open until 5:00, you guys close at 4:00 which is very very early (5:00 was also early). Unless you open at 7am-8am, you need to stay open until at least 6:30pm-7pm. How are people that work supposed to go to the bank when they need to speak to a human? You are CLOSED on SUNDAY, and only OPEN for THREE HOURS SATURDAY… that leaves basically zero opportunities for working people to come into your business, unless they take time off of work.

Oh, I have not ever had as much problems as I’ve had with this bank. I am very quiet. I am very soft-spoken. I do not cause a scene. I am not disrespectful. And every time I go to this bank, I feel intimidated I feel like every last one of them hates me. They are very rude. I do not feel comfortable using this bank. And if I did not need to use it for my direct deposit, I would surely close my account. This is not a bank that I would recommend to anyone.

This is Not this Citizens bank but to all citizens bank. After spending six years and two deployment I have it up to here with this bank. After how this bank treated me on online is horrible and now helping me when I call. With an wait time of 20 minutes. I tried for three weeks to setup an account with a outside bank and after I email all the information to them three times. This bank is still not helping me. I recommend switching banks or not using this bank at all.

This place is nothing more than an ATM machine. They have NO tellers. Ever. Guess Citizens can't afford to have paid employees. You can't wire money. I imagine the list of unavailable services is long.

Worst experience ever. Do not try to refinance your student loans here. I started my process in December, did everything I needed to, and was still denied. When I called to ask why it was denied, no one could give me an answer. They sent my application to the appeals department, and then I never heard back. When I called the appeals department, they had no idea what I was talking about. They wanted me to start my application over again and submit all of the paperwork that I had already submitted. I called the bank again, and the bank called the appeals department and said they would get back to me. I wanted almost a month and then called the bank again. I was told that there was no response yet but to wait to hear back. I called back for weeks and got the same story. It's now May, over 5 months since I began this process. I did everything that I needed to do every unnecessary step of the way, but in the end I was simply disregarded. No one even bothered to call to say that my loan was denied (if it even was). I gave up calling because it was too frustrating to hear that someone would "get back to me" about my student loans. Long story short, don't have your student loans refinanced here. It was an absolute nightmare for over 5 months, and in the end I was just forgotten about. The only reason I gave it 1 star is because everyone there was nice.

This particular branch is my go-to when I have account issues that I need to resolve: lost cards, unauthorized charges, etc. It's more intimate than the locations at the grocery store, and therefore I'm far more comfortable discussing such things. The tellers are very personable and helpful. They're patient, and listen to the entire situation before helping to work through the issue at hand to come to a solution. Options are weighed, and recommendations are given to resolve the issue (in my case, a lost debit card with charges that I needed to have go through). We came to an agreement about how to proceed and I'm happy with how we approached it. I highly recommend this location for any banking related need where interacting with a person is required.

Here is my experience -- I had to leave the country for 1 month in a family emergency and in the mean time a check bounced and i was charged $60 as penalty. As this was my first fault i pledged them for an excuse taking my emergency into account. But not bothering anything about my situation they sternly said a 'NO'. I even spoke with branch manager & asst. branch manager to explain my situation but they were very rude in their response and told me i can do whatever i want but they will not change their decision. On contrary i had exactly the same incident happening with Bank of America. On hearing their first statement was "We are really sorry to hear about your emergency and we hope everything gets resolved soon". And i was not required to mention anything more to them and they reversed the penalty charges instantly. After that i again called Citizens bank just to make them aware of this incident, but they told me they are NOT similar to Bank of America!! I was not able to hold my laughter and i hung up my phone.
