People at the branch are always very helpful and friendly. That being said, Citizens Bank online banking is a dumpster fire. Long wait times and "unusually high call volume" at all hours of the day are the regular struggle with anything using online banking. Then you have the lack of dead simple features such as saving two different accounts in the app. You can only have one default saved account that works with FaceID or fingerprint login, but if you want to switch to another account, you must manually reenter all login credentials.Hold times are regularly 30+ minutes.I am regularly having my account locked down when withdrawing 250 dollars from the ATMs that I regularly withdraw from due to suspected 'fraud'. It's plain as day that they are understaffed in their call center and lack a meaningful level of investment in their software engineering infrastructure to solve issues that should not require speaking with customer support over the phone. These issues have persisted for years.

These people ran a credit report, soft that is to obtain information on an associate and friend of mine for a person employed at the giant eagle market place. Very very bad business. Would you as a depositor recommend this bank.

They told a COMBAT VETERAN he couldn't have a roll of quarters because he wasn't a customer of citizens I can fight for this country but can't get a roll of quarters what has this country come to I encourage other veterans to find other bank institutions

I made an appointment at this branch yesterday on short notice, due to the lack of consideration or professionalism at the Waterfront location and the appointment that I previously scheduled at the Waterfront being cancelled unexpectedly and without prior notice. I called the Centre Avenue location in the hopes that one of their bankers could help me, and reached Maevyn. Maevyn was absolutely wonderful! She was very polite and professional, both on the phone and in person, and put me at ease. Very focused, thorough, helpful, and showed genuine concern for any problems or questions. I would unreservedly recommend Maevyn for your banking needs, no matter how complex the problem is. I feel confident that I am in good hands with her services.

The tellers are helpful. The AT Is mostly functioning, if its not just asked a teller, they will answer you or check and see what the issue is. The Giant Eagle location is not always opened during posted business hours, Eden is very helpful.

This is Not this Citizens bank but to all citizens bank. After spending six years and two deployment I have it up to here with this bank. After how this bank treated me on online is horrible and now helping me when I call. With an wait time of 20 minutes. I tried for three weeks to setup an account with a outside bank and after I email all the information to them three times. This bank is still not helping me. I recommend switching banks or not using this bank at all.
