There is no reason to have a drawn-out automated menu only to be hung up on instead of having the standard option to wait on hold or leave a message. It does not inspire confidence that there are reviews saying the same thing from 6-8 years ago. Seriously, what is wrong with this office?

Replace these workers with a bunch of chimpanzee's in this office and they will probably do a better job than these incompetent idiots.

Been a rider since before my last coma in 2002 . Was stuck in a wheelchair at that time and I had ABSOLUTELY no way of getting out of the house. Living out there in the hills beyond the city, there’s no bus ? or any possibility for a handicapped fella. No help, no escape .(well maybe family, hate bugging them). But then I discovered ACCESS. Hadn’t been able to walk since 1992 after my brain tumor. So after comatose hibernation for 9 more years figured I’d just never get out there. WELP , there’s solutions : THERE’S ACCESS . May HAVE BEEN prone to a wheelchair, out there in the outskirts. But I was finally able to escape. And afford it ! And now I have recuperated myself back to work , got a new apartment and working . . HECK walking again! Over 20 years later, . . YES ACCESS gotta take me, cannot drive again but I’m just gonna keep giving. I’m a human, and ACCESS is helping me keep that relevant !!

I never had a problem with the downtown office on fifth avenue, but since covid I've had numerous problems with my paperwork getting lost in the office and I've had to do them over again. I always hand my paperwork in to the office personally and still they've been lost. I just handed in my paperwork in May of this year and of course they were lost so I have to redo them. And then I always receive them three days before I have to hand them in with all of my information. Wow such a short period of time to get everything together and get it in on time. Yes I have a problem with the welfare office now.
