I used Crescent to buy my new countertop for my kitchen remodel. Initially while picking out the product, I was happy with the sales person and their service, especially because I came with blueprints of the remodel and cabinets that were being manufactured by a different company. I was told that I needed to give two weeks notice for when I was ready for installation and that everything was done in house by their company. When I contacted them that I was ready for installation, I was told it would be another 6 weeks until they were ready. I also was not given adequate information about what kind of sink I should go with. The details seem to slip through the cracks of this company, especially if you are not familiar with construction and remodeling. The sales people do the minimum and are not always present during store hours.

They talk about every customer that calls in or walks in. Lola & Jeanie are complete basket cases . Never seen two older women with more disrespect in my life . And Mike one of the co owners spends his whole day stalking out side of office doors at everyone working.

I had a fantastic experience working with Lola Richards and Amanda while renovating two bathrooms and a kitchen. They are extremely knowledgeable and professional and even helped with finding faucets for retrofitting an odd size vintage pedestal sink. They’re the best!

Lola helped me select beautiful new Brizo fixtures for my recently remodeled bathroom, along with splashable baskets (Ginger) and towel bars. I've used Crescent many times over the years for bathroom, kitchen and laundry room fixtures and I've never been disappointed. Great selection and staff.

I drove 30 minutes, one way, to buy a simple shower faucet. I was turned away at the door and told nobody could help me because they didn't have enough staff. 3 cars in the parking lot. "Come back Monday," as if that's an option for someone with a job. I won't be back

I returned an unopened bathroom faucet. they charged me $125. to put it back on the shelf. the gentleman that I returned it to, told me that it's their policy to charge 25% restocking fee. the policy posted stated: if unopened a $10 restocking fee. Further down on the policy it stated: if installed there is a 25% return fee. before installing the faucet the contractor saw that this particular faucet would not work. He purchased a faucet from Home Depot that fit our granite top. what happened to me is total BS.

We had a wonderful experience with Crescent! We hired them to install new glass shower doors in our renovated bathroom. Our needs and shower opening were a bit unique and required a good deal of planning. Michael was awesome to work with - very kind, thorough and patient throughout the entire process! Along with JJ, who handled the measure and install with his son, they helped us come up with a beautiful design and they made sure everything was perfect! Highly recommend Crescent!

Worst place I could've gone !! Personal design consultant, ok, that didnt get the height right for my vanity and vessel sink to work together!! Got vanity installed, had to have it uninstalled & get legs cut off vanity, then reinstalled!! So I had to cancel countertop installation & reschedule that. Then realized the doors on vanity had holes & deep scratches on them. Doors were replaced, and now not even 3 months after installed the track fell completely off 1 side of bottom drawer. For a vanity that was over $1000 !!!

Truckers. Place is not bad just kinda of tight location under the bridge you guys have to turn into bridge on little street dont get scare make turn on that street and go down under the bridge ,store is on right side .But dock is behind the store so from now they will guide you throughOr when come to store than go ahead turn right when there is no more road to go then goto junkyard make right turn pass track as soon you passed make right turn right away keep going thats it you are at dock big room make u turnGood luck.

I consulted with Lola yesterday regarding a bathroom renovation that is long overdue. Even though I was not physically in the store and had not yet made a purchase, she took the time to answer all of my questions and proposed a total amount that far exceeded the competitors. I will most likely order from them and exclusively work with her! She is friendly and was able to ease my anxiety about moving forward! I will update my experience after all is said and done!
